A little about Fashion and Style Edit
I guess I have quite a classic style but with an up to date twist. I love classy, neutral outfits and sharing how you can really get the most out of your own wardrobe. Essentially, I just love helping people and fashion is what I know, inside out and with my eyes closed! So if you finish one of my videos feeling a little bit inspired with a few outfit ideas you know will make you feel great, well then that makes me very happy indeed:) Thanks so much for being here.

Good morning, how's everyone's week been? So as the title would suggest today I have a beautiful Spring haul to share with you all of all my favourite pieces I've chosen at Goelia:) Which is your favourite outfit? I've said it before but it's worth saying again, I'm so impressed with all the pieces! Not only the fit and shape but really lovely quality:) Don't forget if you do decide to shop theres my discount code and link above. On a personal note, we're in the midst of a super chilled weekend (which feels lovely actually:) Walter is on crutches however;/ Long story but we think it harps back to that ice-skating trip in NY! Rent a car and start from Zagreb, to Rijeka, then back to Plitvice waterfalls, Zadar, dont miss Skradin and Krka waterfalls, then continue to Split and, last stop- Dubrovnik, and fly home. If this is to much then fly dirrectly to Dubrovnik or Split, take a ferry to Korčula and/or Hvar islands and enjoy!

Hi there Jess, I am a long time viewer of your channel, I rarely comment but I have lived in Andalucia for the last decade so I feel like I have some authority on the matter! It really depends on what you are looking for in a holiday. If you are looking for mostly beaches and resorts then you are imo better off elsewhere. The costa del sol is very built up and a little free of charm, although could still serve as a good base for daytrips with a bit of beach on the side. Cadiz province has the costa de la luz which is a spectacular and a lot less developed coastline (google Tarifa, for example). It is however on the Atlantic. Colder waters and there is always the possibility of wind. What Andalucia is amazing for is beautiful historical cities (Sevilla, Granada, Cordoba, to name but a few), spectacular scenery (mountains, beaches, lakes) and fantastic cheap food! It makes a really good place for a road trip for example, in two weeks you could pack in all of the above easily. Warning: the interior of the country gets very hot in July and August, over 40 is not uncommon. September is a nicer time to travel.

Hi Katja, this is fantastic thank you so much for all the advice, I really appreciate that:) It sounds super hot in the Summer which is just how I like it, David prefers the air-conditioned room no matter where we go hah! I shall have a good google of all the places. I found a hotel I love in Estepona, do you know that area by any chance? While I adore Greece and Cyprus we have been there a lot over the last few years so we all fancied something different, either further afield or somewhere closer to home. Please feel free to either email me or message me privately on Instagram as I'd love to get all your tips for the area if you don't mind:)

Jess, do not go to Andalucia in the summer!! I've lived there for 5 years, the temperatures are crazy ridiculous, it's really not nice at all. Andalucia is good in spring or in autumn, but in the summer it's really not pleasant, unless you like 45 degrees during the day and 35 at night😅. I would suggest Portugal, close-by but with much milder temperatures, amazing food, beautiful beaches, and really nice people.
Please Jess, do not go to Mexico. There are so many warnings now even at the formerly best resort areas. Brutal gang warfare with tourists often targeted as well. I’m an American, and you could not pay me to go to Mexico right now.

Hi Jess I always love your styling videos! Particularly loved the silk set you wore at the end of- how versatile that will be! I'm heading to Paphos in July, and am incorporating a holiday into my daughter's wedding! I'd never been to Cyprus before, but we went out in September to suss out the venue and fell in love with it. As it's the Greek side of the island, it had echoes of Greek culture and the food was delicious😋. It's going to be really hot when we go so I have bought a beautiful silk jersey dress from Lily silk in the hope that it will cope with the heat! My daughter and I were both teachers and always had to stick to school holidays for our summer vacations, now neither of us are, and aren't tied to them, but lots of her friends work in schools, or have children, so they've had to opt for the first week of the summer break! At least in Leicestershire, the schools break up earlier and we will actually fly out on 10th July, which is the last week of term!!

Beautiful outfits. Love the short jackets and the last outfit....I would stay away from Mexico: crime has risen a lot and tourists are being targeted even in resorts. Costa Rica is lovely and the snorkeling was wonderful....plus warmer water which I love.
The cropped jackets are so lovely aren't they, they've become a bit of a 'go to' for me on a daily basis with jeans, I really love that look. And thank you so much for the advice re Mexico, I hadn't heard that recently so I shall definitely listen to the warning thank you:)

Hi Jess, I love the pastel color combinations for spring, I know groundbreaking 😂 nevertheless it’s a beautiful color palette to transition to hopefully warmer weather. Really beautiful collection Jess. My 2 favs are the red jumper and the camel jacket. I really love wearing both of those colours.
I’ve recently added a beautiful green well sage tone trench coat from M&S. it’s sat in my basket at the moment but I really like the fact it’s in a different colour to the usual tone and will go with the colours I wear. Not that I can imagine not wearing my wool coat and scarf atm 😂

Personally, I prefer Portugal. Beautiful little country and beaches.
All the outfits are very stylish and classy. I don't like glitter, sparkles and bling, but I suppose I could handle a touch that isn't flashy. I'm petite, 5' 3" inches tall. There are certain styles that don't work for my lower stature without high heels. I would have to wear heels with those white pants. I really like that style of pants, though, and anything white.

Morning Sian, how are you lovely? Good week? That blue jacket is such a lovely shade isn't it, a nice to have that very subtle hint of sheen:) Cyprus is wonderful, have you been before? We stayed at The Almyra a couple of times when the boys were smaller and it was perfect. There's also a restaurant on top of a huge cliff that's one of my favourites I've ever been to. Really simple, traditional barbeque but I cannot recommend it highly enough. Only slight problem, I've forgotten the name haha! I'll ask David once he wakes up and let you know:))

Hi Jess, We have been on holiday to Andalusia and love the white villages and the countryside. We have stayed outside Ronda in a small village called Montecorto. I live in Provence and can also recommend the villages in the Luberon.

Go to Andalucia-although I m from Crete and I think that you could at least once spend a holiday here, at Marni hotel next to my home- I love Seville and your boys will definitely find it great. The only catch is that it is extremely hot I summer so make sure you book something on the coast. Love

We had some great family holidays in Andalusia & In Mexico. What about Cuba. It is cheap once you are there. Havana is very different .
Good morning Jess, I think I saw the Chlo blouse in your first outfit. I just bought it in dark blue, my first order from Sézane😊 love the striped cardigan. Andalusia is lovely and so is Algarve, but pretty hot like Greece. The west of Portugal : Lisbon, Estoril, Caiscais, Nazaré and Porto is beautiful and a bit less hot.
Very useful and inspiring, as always. Red knitted top is gorgeous and mulberry silk jean trousers sound very exciting. What does it feel like to wear those ? 😮 The last shirt is so me and the camel bags are stunning and look very trendy. Would you like to make a video about budget friendly accessories (under 100€)? What do you think about faux leather bags? I personally do not have chance with them. ❤

We live in Barcelona and have explored the south of the Spain a bit. Would highly recommend Seville & Granada. Not in July or August, just too hot but June/Sept or Oct are the sweet spot months.

Hey Jess, oh poor little Walter, mind you we used to think it was really cool at school when someone had to wear a cast or crutches it was almost a badge of honour 😂. You looked stunning as ever but I don't like the Chanel jacket trend, it's beautiful but just makes me think of grannies! You of course don't look like a granny at all in them. Camel anything is amazing/ great camel cardigan. In outfit 6. I love how you model the clothes the way you would naturally wear them 😀 in outfit 7. In outfit 8, stripes 👏🏽👏🏽. I have 2 of these cropped jackets/cardigans. I have camel striped & black striped per your suggestions 🤗. They dress up an outfit, but still comfortable. In love with outfit 10. I found a jumpsuit in an azure blue in a similar shape to this outfit. Cannot wait for spring. I’m planning to go visit my grandmother in April in San Jose, CA. Yes we spent a fair amount of time in LA when the boys were small and loved Santa Monica:) It was actually my 'playground' to keep them occupied when David was away! Basically just to head down to that beach for the day and they would play all day on the beach, loved it! There, Crystal Cove and Laguna Beach were my favourite, lovely family kind of areas:) Do you miss living that way? x

Jess - i love everything on you and the pairing ideas too. I've been watching your Goelia hauls and wondering how their sizing would work fro someone tall'ish (5'7") but very curvy, large bust and hips. My size is technically US8 but I do often need to tailor blouses and pants to fit the curves and Goelia size chart is making me hesitate if anything would fit me. What are your thoughts on this? Are they more for straight sizes or can they fit curvier women? I know right off the batt a tweed blazer is not flattering on me as I need more flow than structure but I'm interested in their silk blouses and pants.
Goelia is a very beautiful clothing company, the only issue is the sizes. Fortunately, the company clarifies the measurements of the pieces on the website and this makes it much easier when ordering. Unfortunately for me (I wear a European size M) the pieces are very small, especially on the shoulder.... I hope this changes in the future and the company gets the sizes right.❤
Loving all the outfits, i wanted to buy the white trousers but their biggest size is 29, i normally wear size 40 or 42 and my levi’s is size 30, what size do you recommend please? tqvm
Hi lovely, it's strange their sizes stop at 29 I must admit, maybe they're just out of stock? I'm wearing my usual size 28 in the trousers and as you can see a nice fit, teeny bit loose around the waistband which is how I like it. So based on this I would say go for your usual size 30 but let me message them and see if they're getting more sizes in stock soon:)

Hi Lynne, yes that one always needs a quick whizz but even though I pop it in the washing machine it's never too bad:)

I really like the outfits, but am put off Goelia by comments about the high cost of retuning items if they don’t fit. £30 return? Any thoughts on getting the right size?
In my experience Jane trousers are very true to size and I’ve sized up in a lot of the tops and jackets. Mainly from a personal preference point of view that I like my tops a little looser:) That’s a shame they charge a fair bit for returns but hoping that helps x

Goelia only goes up to a US size 12. That's one size smaller than standard US retailers
I think they go up to a size 16 on some items but yes it would be great if they could extend on their size range a lot more. Having had a brand way back when I know it can get silly expensive with every size you offer so I get it, but hopefully as they get bigger and more well known the offering will get bigger too:)

Jess Love your channel but Goelia has such low quality fabric, low quality buttons etc, poorly cut and shaped, v badly packaged - all clothes are rumpled/ wrinkled not to mention a bad return policy (you have to pay for returns yourself), I ordered 3 items and am returning them all $40 poorer. Please do not dilute your brand by recommending such brands.
