Hi Cinnamon ❤ I must tell you, my day is a little off for, anxiety etc, tried walking listening to your mother’s show the beginning of the week, it helped, but as soon as I get on my phone, the anxiety goes back up. Watching this and starting the black background calmed me as well as listening to you and John. I’m thankful for these Halloween lessons. Filbert Grainer is the trick to the dress. You could get similar results with a deerfoot or good dry brush filbert
