nope if the customs suspect foul play they will contact the embassay and open the package infront of them..like the case that happened yesterday in india where gold was smuggled in diplomatic baggage from UAE.
vienna convention lays out rules saying under no circumstances shall it be scrutanised but in this age and day rules are ment to be changes atleast for items that dont fit a suitcase(what secrets are you going to send in big packages)?

Yes but if the receiver is not a diplomat, you will be arrested and it is a non-bailable offence.

No, you are not supposed to pay any money the parcel is collected. Diplomatic baggages is always pre paid. Maybe you are getting sued cuz you are not a diplomatic officer.

@@harunorrashidshovon5412 you have to be a consulate officer. It works through Embassy's. Best way is to study different languages and then you have high chances and make sure you are well dressed and has a stern personality. And one more thing, if you plan on to do smuggling in the future under the disguise of this, trust me you will be arrested under non bailable offences. Even though the diplomat has immunity, if caught doing any UAPA activity, you can be under bars for the rest of your life

@@harunorrashidshovon5412 it can'tt be recieved by you. If someone is sending money from US, they should always sent it using a money transfer agency cuz when a non diplomat uses such a technique, there can be a lot of suspicions on the sender and the receiver and you said you gave your details, if the officers are vigilant you might be even asked for questioning depends on the amount and who is sending. Never use diplomatic channel for your personal needs. It's a channel made for the embassy to connect btw each other and not for your personal gains.
How does the diplomatic bag work in th us with all their post 9/11 security?
The bag is handed off to a supervisor in the presence of the courier, the courier's person is screened by TSA, the supervisor checks over official documentation, then the courier goes on about their day.

Yes he should. A consulate office car and a consulate officer is needed when the bag is to be collected. If the person who is coming to collect the same without any ID and car, he will be arrested and it is a non bailable offence.

@@chetannekar4154 in most cases, consulate offices are situated in the capital of the respective states, well you should check with the nearest consulate office around you for any queries and they do not really wish to do any other works other than diplomatic.

She said its her savings from her work.she is working as a marine engineer in an oil tanker, she is now journey to japan to fill some oil there, and she said she wants to quit already in her work and wants to be with me..but her boss wants her to jouney again for two months in mexico to filled an oil again there..they offered her 25 gran..after. That she could quit her job..so thats why his earnings and saving a box of money and jewelries she said..she want to send to me via diplomatic courier..and after i received it she will come fly to me then she will get me marry me and leave to go to us.. is this legal?
