hey man, I personally appreciate what you did for this vid. 1. Great song, lots of meaning behind it. 2. Everything you said about the vid/veterans, it just brings more awareness to the topic. So many people don't really know the struggle of serving and deploying to come home a world that seems COMPLETELY different than you left it. I'm not a combat vet myself, (navy, so no combat first hand combat) but I have friends I went to highschool with, friends I grew up with, friends I made while serving, that gave the ultimate sacrifice. Sadly, some come back and end up in this situation. No ones fault but the VA. Nonetheless, I appreciate you doing this video, just puts a spotlight on the issue to people that may not know the struggles service members go through.
For ABR if you want to go old school you have to check out "Composure" or "Back Burner"... those are must listens. Then they have some great older songs off of Constellations, like "White Washed", "Meddler" and "Mariana's Trench". Then if you want to react to their new album that just came out there are so many good songs to choose from. "Defender" and "Bones" both have music videos already so those might be your best bet... the Bones video is really sick. I would either go with something really old or really new and then check out songs in between after that.
It amazes me that there is no reaction video on YT for August Burns Red - Lifeline . I think it is one of their best songs both lyrically and musically!

Memento Mori Constellations and Messenger are awesome, but in my opinion he’s right. FIFAP is their best album. I think Leveler is also underrated. The new one is also pretty great and heavy as fuck. I didn’t liked Phantom Anthem that much.

This song is about the mistreatment of homeless people, yes it does include a war veteran who becomes homeless, however there is also a man who loses everything because his wife leaves him and another man that ends up on the streets because of drugs and alcohol. Honestly best line of the song is “I may have no one else to blame but listen to me you and I we were once the same”.

I don't even want to repeat the things my girlfriend has admitted to have seen or done on her tour serving her tank crew.... Never mind imagine the things my great grandfather saw in WW2 first boat over after Pearl Harbor. I didn't even know that tidbit until we got our hands on the paper work because he never spoke about any of his time on service in the time I knew him. But what I can say is if you ever disrespect any of the people who put thier lives on the line so we dont have to, ESPECIALLY my girl or my great grandfather, this quiet calm emo will snap the spine you don't fucking have. I hate knowing they will othen end up on the streets like that... And if i ever see one on the streets I'm at the very least spending what little income I have buying them an American burger every night while I try my best to get them some help from local orgs...they deserve better than that...
