ABR is amazing. They’ve had such a mature progression in their music over the years. They haven’t abandoned their roots and alienated any significant portion of their fans. I don’t listen to new ABR and think “man I really miss Messengers and Constellations”. I love that when you go see them they play all of their music. They don’t put out a 10 song record and NEVER play 4-5 of the tracks. It’s always a different experience with some familiar stuff thrown in.

Found out they were playing a show 8 miles away the next month so I went. I told them they were going to be huge one day and that I was going to get an ABR tattoo when I left there that night. I ended up walking to the closest tattoo shop a couple blocks away. I was hoping they would do this, its been a tradition everytime I saw them live Chop Suey was played on the speakers right before they get on and they ALWAYS let the song finish before coming on. And the crowd is super into it every single time. God I love these guys

Nah new MIW is dog shit, they’re all industrial/ Commercial.. Whenever I turn on MIW I expect to hear Metalcore. Not Michael Jackson, or Marilyn Manson, or Breaking Benjamin… The only Good thing MIW has done was make Creatures, Creatures X, and Timebomb

I'm so blessed to live near Lancaster. This will be my 5th year going to their local Christmas show. This year the lineup will be Convictions, Invent Animate, Brand of Sacrifice, Shadow of Intent, Erra, and ABR. I'm beyond hyped.

Okay, as an older fellow and Canuck: This song and video is a hot date between August Burns Red and Protest the Hero!!!! Its not just the vocalist, the very composition of the song and melody takes me back to 10 years ago.
