I was a fan of those early MMA shows Mark was fighting on. Good of him to share his story. Feels like there a lot more stories in Mark. Good stuff.
Loved this. What a man, who lived through hell but came out on top. I hope there is a part 2. There seems to be more to be told.
Sounds like someone (🙏) has been looking out for this lad. So many things could have ended his life or put him behind bars for life. He got through it. Everything happens for a reason apparently. Great video. 👍

I'll remember this dude staring at me at Woolwich train station I looked up and said you alright he had a fearsome look about him to say I was scared would be an understatement it's really nice to see that his perspective on life has changed we are all good people some of us come from a lot of hurt and pain and Channel in different ways but the gift is when we learn to process all this misery in a positive way.. by helping others 100% bulletproof as I give to the world so the world shall give to me treating my internal condition and making me complete... wishing everyone a blessed 2022

This guy is legit as it gets all your gangster books Lee Duffy Brian the taxman the krays viv Graeme....lock them in a cage with Mark he would destroy them all I seen this guy fight back in the day in cage rage and if he hit you your fucked plus he could wrestle and new submissions he would take them down in seconds and destroy them all your Lenny McLean and Roy Shaws this guy was on a different level not just a white collared boxer he was a trained machine they weren't but are looked at as legend's mark Epstein is one dangerous man

I was 14 and went through the same thing with a 28 year old woman .she owned a hairdressing shop on main Street in our city...crazy my friends mom knew and some others did but noone reported...she'd do the same mental crap...crazy to hear Mark went through that...my friends thought I was a legend , but it messes your head up for future relationships and feelings towards women.. I had my first son at 18 etc so I was way more advanced from starting young with this woman . usually it's the man preying on the girl. I got it sorted over time...people have had it worse

I admire how you both own up to your mistakes in life, totally agree that emotional pain is harder than physical pain. It sounds to me that you have both put a brick wall up to protect yourself from emotional pain and I think you both participating in podcasts is a form of counselling to help others and make others aware of the dangers in life. The best therapy in life is too talk and support others believe me im going through ptsd at moment its horrendous.

I wish I make it to mark age and wisedom.Mark Epstein and Lee Murray inspired me to do mma from the street life now 33 and talking to coach about going back to mma.I left mma unbeaten and last fight was win under a minute.But I left cause didn’t like what sport became.I remember mark fights with Tom Watson and Micheal bisping.And mark weir and Ross pointon are good supportive guys

To hear mark say 15 when started fighting a lot in 2001 I was 12 I knew Brazilian jiu jitsu then my dad sent me but died in 2003.People use wonder why I use win all my fight till mma boom in bout 2006 I never knew now I know.I once put a guy to sleep who killed someone’s when 13 thing was I use allways jump the near naked choke soon I get stunned by punch.I go back mma this year if I’m health and not dead or worst I got problems in Life atm.Id say Lee Murray power comes from fighting groups on yourself you think end people in 1 cause got try sleep 5 to 10 guys.It’s advance mma mark the same and Mike Tyson

Mark was a beast no dizoubt! I see this hommie starch man on a couple occasions. Growing up late 90s it was all about Lee, mark, Paul, fab in my borough. Not to glamorise them but as a young kid it was frighteningly inspiring and captivating.
