In 1961, the Berlin Wall was built and in 1989, it was destroyed and the West Germans have been looking for freedom and by 1990, Germany was reunified as the FRG with Berlin as it's capital.

Actually we can restore not just Prussia but the whole German Empire itself in the 21st century. 1. Give Berlin, Brandenburg, Lower Saxony, North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saxony-Anhalt, and Schleswig-Holstein to Prussia. 2. Divide Mecklenburg-Vorpommern between Schwerin and Strelitz. 3. Rename Saxony into Kingdom of Saxony. 4. Rename Hesse into Grand Duchy of Hesse. 5. Divide Baden-Wurttemberg between the two. 6. Rename Bavaria into Kingdom of Bavaria. 7. Rename Hamburg into Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. 8. Rename Bremen into Free Hanseatic City of Bremen. 9. Designate Thuringia as a federal territory or I should say imperial territory, redrawing the borders just to give way for the return of duchies and principalities there would be culturally, financially, and politically disastrous for the Germans living there. 10. All monarchies in the newly-formed constituent imperial states will be restored. 11. Due to the Age of Enlightenment and French Revolution that happened in the past as well as the current republican form of government of Germany today, absolute or even semi-constitutional (like Morocco) monarchy wouldn't be feasible, the German society wouldn't accept another headstrong Wilhelm II who sees his chancellor as advisor and puppet rather than a real chancellor, it would be constitutional monarchy where the head of state would be ceremonial (just like today's German president) while the head of government (Olaf Scholz, SPD) would still be the one in charge of running the country, the chancellor would also receive the title of Minister-President of Prussia. 12. Georg Friedrich, head of the House of Hohenzollern, would be crowned as "Emperor of the Germans, King of Prussians" (like Belgium) as he become Kaiser on the will of the people and the Bundestag (later renamed as Reichstag) not on divine right. 13. Some streets, roads, motorways, buildings, monuments, airports, and ports would be named after German kings, dukes, princes, and other royals. Government agencies and documents would be also renamed and modified. 14. Military traditions would be more militaristic, bring back the "150% discipline spiked helmets!" 15. Alsace-Lorraine, Eastern territories (western Poland), and East Prussia couldn't be retaken and reintegrated as France and Russia have nuclear weapons as well as large militaries while Germany and Poland are both in NATO and EU. And there you got it, the Second German Empire a.k.a. Fourth Reich.
