For a while I thought this was going to be the last Monster Hunter game on a nintendo console. I was really sad because while I loved World, World didn't have the real Monster Hunter feeling I fell in love with. This really felt like an upbeat and funny way to say "Thank You for sticking with us, and so long!" I'm glad we have nintendo Monster Hunter again
Yeah I really like the feeling of late night hunts, while leaning on the bed wall, rolling around, then getting seizure due to frustrations, and go to the fridge to have some snacks xD
Ooh the “PS5/Xbox exclusive” crybabies are going to hate this lol, oh well. I’d take a Nintendo MH over a console one any day if it means avoiding the sweaty tryhards

Man I may have cried a bit when I started seeing everyone get together halfway through. I've been playing MH since it came out on PS2 and this game and ending and it bringing all the villages and characters together is just so fucking awesome and it brought back so many memories. Walking through the villages, especially Kokoto for me was just so great. I hope they bring back the old stuff in some way in the future but ya know if they dont, then this was a perfect send off for me.
I found this ending quite saddening since the tones feel like it really ends not only for MHGU but for MH in the old world in general since it casts all the old world characters and MH will probably continues in the new world.

This ending feels like your childhood anime ending that you've always watched since it's beginning. and now that is ended, a bit of nostalgia hits you home wishing that the story never ends.
Man, I'm new as all hell, my first time trying MH was with Rise but my true first game was Generations and then I went for 4U before GU because of the 3Ds eshop closure, so I at best really know a few of the NPCs on this video, and yet I got teary eyes, I can't even think of how older, veteran hunters feel with this.
I started MH back with MH2 and have been with it ever since. This ending is sweet and cute but at the same time almost somber in how the series is ending in favor of the new series. I just hope sooner or later we see old friends like guildmarm, caravaner, junior, and meowstriss return someway in world.
imagine meowstriss as a support in world like palicos except her special abilty puts ALL monsters in dance mode~ and gives u special limited access to a dance emote to whatever song dance she be!
Have known the franchise since 2006. Today in 2023 I beat Valstrax for the first time and then this came. I cried a lot ngl...this is the franchise kissing me on the cheek and telling me that everything will be alright.
Honestly knowing this song is acting as a sendoff for the handheld games makes it really sad for me, knowing we'll never get any gems like 4U again really makes me sad. Catchy song tho

I find both to be nice. Tri's was a clear ending to a journey with a nice almost somber ending. This is more of a love letter, a farewell to the old world of monster hunter. It's upbeat but it also is kinda sad as this is likely the last time we'll see these characters we've grown to love.

One of the most interesting abd funny parts about this cutscene is the fact that they ACTUALLY LIPSYNCED THE LYRICS. This barely happens in monster hunter, if at all.

Fue demasiado fácil ya que ya llevaba como 300 horas jugadas solo en el online y bueno, me di cuenta de que tenía que completar la historia del juego para comenzar a hacer fashion sets (el trsnsmog) Eran como las 3 de la mañana y Complete la misión en menos de 5 minutos, al fin iba a poder hacer trsnsmog pero... Pum, una loli gato comenzó a cantar y no podía saltarmelo... No entendía que rayos pasaba, pero tampoco me desgardaba

We've got 4 MH games on the switch alone. I'm hoping we stay on switch long term but I'm almost certain MH6 would be on PS5
