What to do in Radviliškis, Lithuania | Travel guide

Radviliškis - a small town and district hidden in between the bigger cities Šiauliai and Panevėžys. It is one of those places people just pass by, but there are a few spots to see here and Radviliškis district made the most of it - they are very easily accessible.
Unfortunately I had quite a hard time filming this location, as the only day available for me was a very rainy one, but that didn't stop me and the rain gave me a different view in some places. Lithuania really needed that rain though, because there was quite a draught everywhere.

Planning on visiting Lithuania in a few weeks!! You know if I need a International driver license to rent a car and drive? Or I can do it with my USA driver license?
