David Kikoski must be the swingingest, most under-appreciated pianist on the planet. He's also fun to watch, kind of a hyper-caffeinated Gumby with a wild mane.

he's been a regular pianist in the NY scene for decades. I saw at Village Vanguard about 20 years ago. Not under-appreciated at all. And you're right, incredible energy.

As cheapo as those SPL’s were... man they were sounding great all summer. Now a days... good heads and proper tuning, you can make anything sound good.
