    CORRECTION - The front removable panel takes *three* 124/140mm fans, not four. I filmed this part multiple times as I wasn't happy with the flow and I misspoke.

    Nice case. What is the physical difference between a 'gen3' and a 'gen4' riser cable?

    • @jordanash
      @jordanash  4 месяца назад

      Just the throughput, it's twice as fast as Gen 3. Also if you use a Gen 3 on a Gen 4 motherboard, you'll have to manually set the motherboard PCI lane to Gen 3 before using the riser, otherwise nothing will display.

      @nielderfp 4 месяца назад

      So, there's a chip inside the riser itself, it's not just connectors at each end with wires connecting them?

    • @jordanash
      @jordanash  4 месяца назад

      More cables to support the higher data rate. Gen 4 riser are a lot thicker than Gen 3.

    a corsair shift series psu works on this case?

    • @jordanash
      @jordanash  3 дня назад +1

      Probably, but I'd use a traditional style as all of the cables will go up and be visible on that bottom cut-out.

    Is there only a glass lid in the box? Is there a mesh lid?

    • @jordanash
      @jordanash  20 дней назад

      No, it's a glass showcase chassis. I talk about the limitations in the conclusion.

      @@jordanash I am Turkish, there is no Turkish translation, how do I know, in the conclusion section, I ask whether there is a mesh panel, a glass panel or whether there are 2 sides.

    • @jordanash
      @jordanash  20 дней назад

      I didn't know that, I can always answer questions in comments. But as I said, no, it's a glass showcase chassis, so it doesn't come with a different top.

      So, of the front panels on the cover of the video, only the glass one comes out

    • @jordanash
      @jordanash  20 дней назад

      You can take them off, but this case is ONLY glass on the side and top. I'd look at something else if you need mesh for airflow
