@@LITTLE1994 I think they even beat us in memory, elephants are known to visit the bones of their dead relatives for the rest of their lives, many humans forget that.
That elephant waited for the rhino to attack and then counter-attacked as the rhino was retreating. That is combat 101 right there, tought in every combat sport.
For the rhino, it was the fight of his life. For our friend, the elephant, it was Tuesday.
The elephant knew exactly how to handle the rhino. He's got skills. 😊👍

Rhinos weigh a lot more than a car
@@southtexasobserver3306 No. A rhino weight approximately 1.5 tons in general. The same as a car nowdays.

Especially the young bulls that come into musth too early.
Theres weight classes in fights for a reason 😆
And brain size
Yes “ there are “ 😆
@julienmihawk2568 yes even with humans lol. Weight class has nothing to do with weapons. If I added reinforced metal armour to the rhino then of course it stands a chance. A human stands nonchance against any animal outside of our weight class, unless we cheat with weapons and tools.
There are no weight classes or referees in the wild.
"There are weight classes for a reason"
Classic argument. Weight classes exist because the sports safety boards demanded that weight classes be implemented because they think a subjectively big man fighting a subjectively small man looks "unsafe" (ironic).
Bob Fitzsimmons held 3 boxing titles in his day way back in the late 1800s, he held these titles in the middleweight, light heavyweight and heavyweight divisions while weighing between 160 to 170 lbs, often his opponents outweighed him by 40 to 50 lbs proving that it isn't physically impossible for the smaller man to succeed. I believe that history often has a way of repeating itself as we have seen time and time again with smaller than average fighters such as 5'10" Mike Tyson who bulldozed the competition in the heavyweight division regardless of how much taller and heavier his opponents were compared to himself.
I never heard a RINO cry out in pain before until this video.

Rhino: I got skin as thick as kevlar, a knife for a face and weigh 2 tons.
Elephant: SIT. DOWN. BOY.
The elephant calmly walked the rhino down like it was a pro fighter vs an amateur. 😂
Like 3 times bigger
That had nothing to do with skills. The elephant was being the typical schoolyard bully. He knows he's bigger and has the size advantage. A rhino isn't an apex predator. Unless the rhino was a threat to him, there wasn't a need to be confrontational.
@@jcpenny3606 Yes, the size difference was a major factor here, but did you miss how expertly the elephant protected its trunk, biding his time until the rhino lunged forward and struck his left tusk, toppling the rhino with ease?
Of course, he had a size and strength advantage, but he could easily have taken that horn to his eye or trunk, either of which could have wound up killing him from infection.
Instead, he totally dominated the rhino without getting so much as a scratch.
That comes from skill, not just brawn.
@@Gunners_Mate_Guns I doubt the rhino's horn could reach the elephant's eye. He might be able to puncture a little tiny hole into the truck, but the elephant's skin is very thick and tough, and even the trunk is powerful. In this type of face off match, I've never seen a rhino win. The rhino's best chance and probably the only chance to hurt the elephant is by charging at it from 50 yards out and spear the elephant from behind.. At such close distance however like what's shown, the rhino doesn't have enough momentum and leverage to stab its horn entirely into the elephant.
@@jcpenny3606 You would be wrong that a rhino can't kill an elephant because of the elephant's skin.
Some years back, I watched a documentary about Asian elephant that featured one of the rangers who had dubbed a large bull "Inspector General" that sadly got gored to death by an angry rhinoceros.
It was and Indian rhino that gored Inspector General, a rhino species a bit smaller than either the white or black rhino that live in Africa.
Also, the Indian rhino has a short and relatively blunt horn compared to the larger and sharper horn on the black rhino, with the white rhino having a considerably longer horn, as well as a shorter horn closer to the head that's still much longer and sharper than the single horn on the Indian rhino.
People saying the rhino was lucky to survive…that rhino was running on pure adrenaline.

Never thought I’d feel bad for an aggressive rhino. Wildlife is fascinating but also very sad.
We are part of the wildlife and we are the worst out of the lot.
Aggressive rhino? He was acting in self defense. The elephant was bullying him.
@@jcpenny3606 interesting choice of words there. Bullying is a human emotive word. In the animal world it’s words like dominance, submission, territorial, breeding rights etc
that are used. Does my cat bully my dogs for fun or is it dominance or the classic ‘best line of defence is attack’ approach?
@@hawsrulebegin7768 It is bullying regardless of what species it is. The rhino wasn't a threat to the elephant, and there's no excuse for him to do what he did there. It wasn't territorial as there wasn't anything there worth fighting over. I could understand if they were competing over food and water, or if the elephant was outnumbered, but that wasn't the case. They both were on an open field. There's more than enough space for each of them to go about their business without engaging the other.
You should see what the Orcas do to seals. They use them as toys before putting them out of their misery.
@@jcpenny3606 The rhino attacked first, with a head charge. So the bullying idea doesn’t stack up. But you’re approaching this with a human perspective. Animals don’t put others out of their misery. They simply kill.

Rhino had too much to drink that night, and was full of that liquid courage.
That rhino was like "nahhhhhhhhh, I'm gone"
The elephant was actually calm not angry. Lucky for the rhino.
Elephant was sexually aroused, but rhino was homophobe and didn't consented
Rhino was not very lucky... That big wound on the side caused by the tusk will mean death, maybe within the hour.
Still got stabbed tho
@@napoleondegeso8790And it was even the pride month😂
Lucky? the Rhino got stabbed. You can hear the sound that the tusk pierced through the hide at 36-38 seconds of the video.
Unfortunate rhino was not smart enough to walk away when it had the chance. That stab wound is very likely to be fatal.
You are right my friend. I agree
The gangster in the rhino left the chat after the stab
wym lol you can see the blood pouring from the open wound on the rhino; its very much penetrated@@ashwinlakra5976
@@ashwinlakra5976 You seem to be disregarding the river of blood running from the clearly deep puncture on the rhino as it runs for its life, and all the noises the rhino was making as the elephant was inflicting that likely-mortal wound. Picked a fight with the wrong critter.
@@ashwinlakra5976 turn the brightness on your screen up 😂 also use your brain… any idea how strong an elephant is?
This is what it sounds like, when the rhinos cry.
“EEEWWWWWGGGGHHHH”
Amazing
Did you notice the elephant's foot movements for combat? I was impressed.
Which foot, the fifth in between its legs? Yes it is impressive 🍆
The rhino was dazzled by the elephants fancy footwork
His footwork was like Ali or Jersey Joe Walcott.
nah, too distracted by his 5th leg
Elephant walks off like a boss.
Rhino: “get me the hell outta here!”
Elephants are much stronger than we think.
That bull elephant put on a masterclass in wildlife fighting. This obviously was not his first fight. The rhino stood no chance against the overwhelming size and skill of the great elephant.
young and small Rhino. Send in its big cousin the White Rhino, and it'll show the Elephant what it means to get stabbed by someone closer your size.
@@levondarratt787 I would love to see that battle!!
@@levondarratt787 even then elephants would win. Elephants range from 2700 kg to 6000 kg. White Rhinos typically range from 1700 kg to 2600 kg.
