Hello and thank you for this video. It has me headed in the right direction. I do have a problem I cannot seem to solve that I am hoping you can help me with. I now do not have any control over the volume on my computer. How can this be fixed? Thanks.
So far so good, but in interface mode the Tonex sounds horrible, not even half as good as in the live setup.(sounds really great) The device is going back, it's a shame that the manufacturer doesn't present a sensible solution in this case. The Kemper is plug and play, without any problems. This is probably the price difference between the two devices
hi, propabily you are listening the Tonex presets togheter with the interface function. Try to tap two times the preset knob, the light will start bink and the tonex presets will be by passed, so you will have a clear interface.
Im completely new to computer interfacing with guitar , i have tonex software and amplitude 5 downloaded on computer but when i connect my pedal to computer i can scroll library and all but when i try to play through computer i cant get sound , i can see green meter on tonex software responding but no sound , any idea what im missing maybe a input selection or something any ideas
support does not seem to be very good and I was about to order one for recording via USB. Thanks for sharing your thoughts so I look for another device.

Does this mean recording with USB causes bad audio-quality? Maybe your comment prevented me from ordering one.

I am able to record but can’t monitor back through the tone x pedal. Any ideas?
I just tried it the first time. I was able to monitor by turning on the monitoring in my DAW, but of course that introduces latency.

How ist your output routed? Back to the pedal? If so, have you tried to turn up the volume on the pedal (the big dial)?
How are you using Mac but installed a Windows Driver? I cant find the MAC driver on the site
You do not need a driver for Mac OS. I an using Windows.
I tried this but still cannot get computer audio and guitar at the same time. Any other possibilities? I'm ready to return it to IK Multimedia
Did you route the outputs in your daw correctly? Before returning it, contact IK support.

Cool, but how do i adjust Tonex pedal's pre-amp gain? The driver's control panel Input adjustments are greyed out...
