I have been to PT for back, knees, and shoulders. Without exception every person focused on the specific area for treatment. The only way to properly address treatment is to ensure you include all connected and related areas. I can't believe that trained PT don't know this. My guess is insurance is paying for the "band-aid" treatment and each subsequent issue as they inevitably surface.
I am sleep deprived for years due to over active bladder and when I go to do pelvic floor therapy, she said I have urge in continence and atrophy. I don’t know exactly what does it mean. Is there any cure for it or only suffering without sleep. Thanks 🙏
