I'd highly recommend saving up for a capture card like the AverMedia LGP, and using that on a laptop that can access LAN.. you'll be able to take all the stress off of video encoding, and the CPU hits that comes with it on your gaming rig, and then move that stress to your Laptop instead, making the whole setup much better in the end (IMO), but that is if your Internet can handle the load too, if it can't then I'd recommend also looking into finding a cheap fix for that.
