I am a diabetic patient for the last 15 yrs.I am taking tablets before dinner and brekfast.For the last few months my fasting blood sugar is high (around 140) and PPBS is around 150.HbA1c is 6.5.Even after increasing medicine dosage no improvement.

Take one meal a day or 2 meal a day
16 to 18 hr intermittent fasting...
Avoid carbs sugar processed foods soft drinks

From the info provided, I won't suggest any increased dose of meds or drastic change in your diet unless indicated. Any fad diets such as keto/LCHF etc are not advisable.
In my opinion, good quality sleep of 6-7 hours at night, moderate physical exercise and a simple, sensible diet should be enough to get your FBS under control. Keep watching... All the best. Thanks...
Please note that your HbA1c is quite good for a person with 15 years of diabetes.
