    It sounds like SHE should be suing HIM to have these ridiculous activities like a 3 mile hike as soon as you get there and burying face in mud and mice in tent😮😮

    Why no itinerary before hand? That would have given her a choice in the matter

      I would not have gone without knowing the itinerary beforehand. She should have asked that before agreeing to go. She should also be prepared for the "what if" at all times with whatever she needs should she have a crisis. Also, those glucose monitors are usually linked to an app. If she was able to monitor that, she could have made a phone call.

    California weird things - these two deserve eachother. Judge Ross is my new favorite of the three Judge shows I enjoy watching on TV..

    I disagree with the verdict.
    She didn't need to disclose specifically that she was diabetic. But people with certain dietary requirements do have the responsibility to let the organizer know in advance: allergies, cultural or religious restrictions, etc.
    And where was the proof of rats and mice?
    The defendant probably thought she was going to a typical retreat, with the usual nice accommodations/choice of good meals and snacks/ability to skip sessions and do whatever her preference was. And when that wasn't the case, decided to leave.

    She did not read the brochure given to her and only assumed how it would be. My opinion is that she should have paid something.

    She won based on a technicality in the law.. IMO, She's responsible for finding out what their itinerary is before signing up for this event. 2nd, no way in hell would I put my face in the mud and then go into filthy water to "cleanse myself" .. then top it all off with mice and rat's in her tent. WTH! That place should be shut down! 🙄

      I think she was lying. Plus did you see the smirk on her face in the end? She might have won this but now she will not be getting any favors at work

    I know it's a fake show but she needed to tell the event host she is diabetic and what will be on the menu BEFORE going to event

    • @terrymcguire8456
      @terrymcguire8456 8 месяцев назад +3

      Why? I'm type2 and every time I go out I don't call head and say, btw, I'm having dinner there tonight and I am diabetic so you need to provide a special menu to accommodate my special needs. No, I do research or check their menu online before I go and choose from what they offer, so I'll know a head of time of what my options are..
