Shame on the aunt. Pay up lady. Half hour I would of pulled her off stage.

Wait. She said that the funeral people had a reputation for charging big money when people went over time in the service. So she deliberately goes over time, and he has to pay for it?

Awful decision JR. She should have paid.

Perhaps, if he had respected her grief and beeen open snd honest with her regarding the tining, she would have offered to help pay for it. But he didn't. Actions have consequences.

There was clearly broken communications from both sides. If he wanted X and she wanted Y, it wasn't voiced. If he wants to be treated like an adult he needs to act like one. An adult would have stayed to talk out their problems.

The first case is complete BS. He wants the plaintiff to have a contract that says "You can only talk for 3 minutes, or X.Y.Z."?? That is ridiculous. She needs to pay that. I'd disown her from the family for the rest of her life.

She definitely should have paid she already said she knew they added fees and she ran on anyways. He definitely ruled wrong on this one

30 minutes. She’s ridiculous. How come someone didn’t walk on stage and take back the control?

In both cases, selfishness and being inconsiderate seems to be the rules of today's world.

Different cultures view death differently. Unlike those somber funerals that we have, It's treated like a joyous celebration in some places. For example, in Indonesia, they build tall towers that they believe reach up to a spot between heaven and Earth. There's singing, music, processions, and big feasts to celebrate the passing of their loved one's soul into heaven. In the first case, it was a failure to communicate. Some plans in the funeral were not voiced clearly.

In the case of camera. Why did the plantif have a camera set up on the black top of the basketball court.
    What was the plantif filming
The plantif really didn’t have a chance.
The Judge was very condensing to the plantif. He spoke to the plantif as if he were pledging and 10 years old.
He didn’t really let the plantif explain why he was filming.
I wonder why would someone park a car on a basketball court.
Something about the relationship with the judge and defendant was almost personal. The way the judge treated the plantif was cruel
.he didn’t talk to any other litigants in other cases the way he snapped the questions at the plantif.
When the defendant was acting like a child at the end. It was as if the defendant was in cohorts with the judge
I dont think the judge was fair in his decision .For someone to be talked to as he was on trialn and treated like a criminal. I thought the judge was acting as if he seriously didnt like the plantif.
The plantif really wasn't given fair opportunity to explain himself.

I think the Judge got it wrong.. The Aunt stated the she knew that the funeral home he used were known to charge extra fees.. So she knew he would be charged more fees! She really won the judge over..
Judge punished him because he didn’t want her involved at all..
    wrong ruling Judge..

Dosent judge ross realise when he keeps saying "Thannnnk you deputy thomas" in the stupid way that he does it, that it looks idiotic and stupid and not a single person in that court room finds it funny.

The second plaintiff wasted everyone's time. Artists folks think they can just get away with anything. People who call themselves artists think the rules of reality don't apply to them-- it's total arrogance.

I definitely don’t agree with the way he ruled in the first case. The plaintiff definitely should’ve stepped in & cut her speech short

She think she is more important than the son. How selfish. When we lost our brother.my sister and I only stepped when his children asked.

That was wrong of the plantif not to.allow his aunt to.speak longer at her brother's funeral.
The plantif and defendant were wrong .
The plantif should have allowed his aunt to help with the funeral arrangements.
