I’ve been using Hada Labo oil cleanser, face wash and lotion for a few years. They’re so plain but performs so well I don’t even think of replacing them. They’re all year round necessities for me.
Your channel has made me soooo intrigued by Japanese Skincare. I ended up getting myself one of the Hada Labo Toners and can't wait to get my hands on the rest of the products. Sadly Japanese sites won't ship to my country currently.
Hada Labo is now my favorite brand thanks to all the wonderful youtubers like you who have spoken about it and I'm always eager to hear more about it so thank you for the video. I honestly don't know why everyone isn't using this brand. It can't be beat. It doesn't break the bank yet packs a powerful punch. Something high end brands just can't compete with. I love it!
I recently checked out hada labo because of a friend who happens to study dermatology in Vietnam. I bought the shirojyun premium line starter pack which include small versions of the facial wash, lotion and cream to know if it’s good for me. First week of using it and I gotta say that it really is a great product. My face feels soft hydrated all day, and it really glows. Definitely gonna buy the big ones after using the trial
I love Hada Labo, I've used literally all their products mostly the whitening and premium whitening range. I love the oil and foam cleanser (with the pump), and the premium whitening lotion/toner and face cream. I also like the extreme white SPF 50 gel :)
Since your hada labo lotion explanation video I have been using the shirojyun premium and really enjoying it. Thanks for explaining so clearly so I could find the correct one for my skin. I’m looking forward to trying the cream now.
I found hada labo deep whitening by myself in Konvy and it’s so good I would recommend to anyone who has this kinda problems it’s really help your skin perfectly thank to you I know more about the product Thank you so much
I bought so many hada labo toners and creams and also the melano cc essence because of your videos XD But can i say i was SHOCKED by how small the package of the gokujyun cream was?! So tiny, it‘s nearly the size of my eye cream! 😭😭 but i‘m glad it spreads easily so i only need a pea size amount...
I am happy that you post a lot about Japanese skincare products I really love your content I am hoping to get more Japanese skincare products in my country hehe ✨😍
I just recently found out about Hada Labo through Dr. Dray, purchased the foaming face wash and super excited to try! I’ve also heard good things about the gokujyun perfect gel cream and excited to try that too 😍. Your skin is really nice ! Interested to try the cleansing oil actually, do you think it’s better than micellar water?
I personally do like cleansing oils better than micellar water since it removes it more efficiency without having to rub cotton pads of an excessive amount on my skin! 😊
Thank you so much for this! I have been looking for an oil cleanser and low ph cleanser. I love hada labo so much! There light lotions are so beautiful and hydrating. I have been reading all day about needing a low ph cleanser. Is a ph of 6 for these products okay? I have dehydrated and dry skin. My sister has dehydrated and combo skin. Which cleanser would you recommend? Thank you again for sharing all your knowledge with us ❤
😭😭😭 Hada Labo~! Yay! Tysm for talking about these products! The cream was something that I’ve been interested in for a little while now 👀 so I was glad to hear you speak about it ☺️ Tina! How are you so fair when you’re like in the middle/end of summer?! 😂🥺💢💗 気になるw Your makeup looks great btw 🥲🖤
Ooh I'm so happy that i found your channel 💖 Are these sites really safe to buy? I live in europe and usually buy on yesstyle but hada labo products are not available there 😔
can i use hada labo cleansing oil + hada labo gokujyun hyaluronic acid foaming cleanser for night and hada labo aha + bha mild exforliating face wash for morning ? i have oily skin
This isn't Japanese but the B.lab matcha cleanser is a creamier type of foaming cleanser, got it first as a sample from Jolse, fell in love. I have similar skin type to you, its also on Yesstyle
No if the ingredients are supposed to be good it should not clog ur pores And im assuming u hv the old packaging, dw its the same product because I also happen to have that one :)
Um, Tina....I need some help. I've been using Hada Labo for years. I thought I ordered my usual Premium in the yellow"ish" bottle, but nope. What I got was the Premium Hydrating Milk. Can you advise me on how to use this? I'm 48. My skin is a bit dehydrated- just because it's winter in Michigan over here in the States. Thanks!!!
I had the same problem. However, the milky one I find is much better as it has more hydrating elements or formulated as more hydrating than the other one. Because my skin is super dehydrated, I use it immediately before I apply my moisturiser, so it locks in moisture. Super hydrating than any product with HA I have ever used and will always remain a staple for me.
So the Hydrating milk is considered an 'emulsion' which has both water and oil content, so the best step to put it is in between toner/lotion and moisturiser! In Japan it is quite common since it's lightweight but both a hydrating & moisturising step 😊😊
I never had acne after my teenage years (14 years ago) other than occasional period pimple on my chin. I used Hada labo oil cleansing oil and Hada labo face wash . But unfortunately after using it for couple of weeks, I started breaking out. I initially thought my skin was purging but even after more than a month of use , my skin got worse n worse n had a texture of a sandpaper. So I finally gave up . My skin never reacted to anything like this before. Then I tried DHC cleansing oil and that also didn’t work for me. What are the alternatives for cleansing oil that I can use for double cleansing? I don’t use make up just the sunscreen ??
My skin tolerated everything I put on it before so was really disappointed when cleansing oils which everyone raves about didn’t work for me 😭😭. I guess I’ll give micellar water a try .
Micellar water would be a decent alternative. My skin is very acne prone too and I break out with the affordable oil cleansers. Unfortunately my skin gets sensitive to lots of micellar water too🤣the only one that works is the bioderma sensibio one
YES!!!! One of my favorite brands!!!fragrance free...alcohol free...none of their products are a mis,in my opinion...tranexamic acid is supposed to be the "ingredient " of 2021.. the formulation is very nice and with great ingredients.....Tina, could you Review some products from SANA?!... greetings from the Netherlands 🇳🇱😀
They have one (in both tube and self foaming) with green packaging, usually includes 'Hatomugi' in the product name which is good for acne prone/combo!
Salicylic acid, a BHA, is great for blackheads because it penetrates pores deeper than an AHA like glycolic or lactic. Paula's Choice 2% BHA has been a cult classic for years. CosRx's BHA Blackhead Power Liquid is popular in places where chemical exfoliants are regulated but, because of that, it contains betaine salicylate, a beet derivative, that's supposed to be an alternative. It's not as strong and may not work as well but everyone's skin is different so it may help.
I don't understand why brands put active ingredients like hyaluronic acid or AHA/BHA in cleansers because you wash them off, which defeats the purpose of them entirely
Olive oil is so bad for the skin😝 It actually ruins the skin barrier. Maybe not an issue if not sensitive skin, but I’ve learned my lesson lol. I stay away from anything with olive and it’s derivatives as I got very sensitive Rosacea Melassiza skin. It’s also comedogenic. I’ve used so many K-beauty oil cleansers which where all olive based, and it led to contact dermatitis. Just a heads up for sensitive and acne prone skinned people even if it’s to be washed off👀 For sensitive skinned people, basic is what we want lol. Just ordered the Perfect Gel. Need the HA cleanser and toner…

Is Gokujyun face wash for oily skin?

I think is good cleanising oil even you don't use make up. Before I used a good cleanising milk and after a cleanising foam
I also have sensitive skin and I find that micellar water (e.g. L'oreal, Garnier) is gentler on the skin, based on my experience.

Does anyone know if hyaluronic acid face wash is suitable for oily skin or not?
how does the hada labo cleanser compare to the iunik range?
