The thing I could not believe the most is how good you play double bass with those great big hi heals on, how in the heck do you do it? Must have learned that way I would say. an old psychobilly-friend of mine who plays (double) bass asked me a couple of weeks ago, if i'd be in for making some good old rockabilly music. another pal plays the guitar but a drummer is still missing.... your vids are quite an inspiration, if i might say, but then again, i really will have to put my back into it... apart from banging on my roland hd1 at home, i havent been drumming in a band for ages. oh well ^^

if you look at old school drummers like Jo Jones, and Payne, and the like they smiled while they played, they didnt make stupid ass faces so many drummers make today. It may seem trivial but I like that she smiles and doesnt get "Oh" faced while she is playing. As to her skill, Im a bass player, she sounds tight to me.

But your killing me here the Nekromantix album "Demons are a Girl's Best Friend" can not be found in itunes nore can my recored shops get me a copy. I'm really surprised at how straightforward metal drumming seems to be in these songs. Then again I don't know much about this genre of music, but double bass is usually associated with more aggressive music. Maybe I don't dislike this stuff as much as I thought, but my Slayer and Exodus buddies might not understand lol.
