So many People don't even understand how legendary this is....
fr fr
Lol most do
as i know, just led zeppelin is the only band in the world that has 4 sides in 1 album.
Physical Graffiti's 6th album has a b c d side and 15 songs in it
Why do you think it’s legendary?
@@itisme1241 Huh? Are you saying they the first and only to have a double l.p.? I don't think so.
The serenity of JPJ playing... Priceless. And that Page and Perry moment was SO nice. Seemed like improvisation next level, followed by Steven's killing vocals
which minute?
Minus the sound guy not doing that great of a job this is a phenomenal jam and I'm really glad this was captured!
Jimmy page is not doing a great job. I agree 💯 😊
@@aristotlebaptista6960 oh no I didn’t think he did too bad honestly, I’ve heard him do worse truly but the overall mix from the soundboard is what kills it truly but you can tell they did this impromptu so it’s bound to have issues.
This is amazing! Aerosmith must of been so star struck. They got in the hall of fame AND they got to play with Led Zeppelin. Saving this!!
They are equals. Zepp is just as "starstruck"
@@k-dawgbroadcasting5444 No.
I agree. They are equals at this point.
Steven Tyler has said he nearly filled in for Robert Plant at one point 🙂
The DEFINITIVE AEROSMITH GREATNESS, along with other "goodies" such as "Last Child", "Toys In The Attic, "Let The Music Do The Talking", "Jail Bait", "Draw The Line" & MANY, MANY, Other scrumptious offerings..........
I enjoyed that looked like John Paul was enjoying him self and that makes me happy.
Me too. JPJ was darling here!
I'm just listening
For sure. He's had his feelings hurt a time or two over the years when Page and Plant left him out of some of their infrequent reunions.
I can actually hear his bass he's nasty!!! Usually Jimmy's guitar and Bonham drowned him out
He’s fantastic 💕💕
Very difficult to share lead roles on vocals, and on guitar.
I’d say we’re all lucky to see a loose jam like this.
Music is human
I know I am quite off topic but does anyone know of a good place to watch new movies online?
@Apollo Alaric Flixportal :)
@Tyler Caden thank you, signed up and it seems like a nice service :D I appreciate it!
@Apollo Alaric glad I could help =)
Joe perry is no where near Jimmy's level of guitar
There is something very magical happening when all three members of Led get in sync with one another. It has a certain nostalgic dynamic that can't be reproduced. It is if they were going through time and space.
Thanks for all the years of great music and Melody.🤘
💞🧬🌟🌙🍀
Right? They just make it look so effortless! Totally blew Joe Perry and Steven Tyler out of the water. So cool
How Jimmy and John Paul glance at each other and just know where they are going.
John Paul is a Master on Electric Bass 👍
He's the Lord.
Troy Staunton 100 percent agreed. You pretty much summed it up for all doubters. Thats what made em special. Zeppelin forever!!! 🤘😎
That man is multi-talented. He compensates for the absence of bono pretty darn good.
@@Robert5185^John Bonham 🥁 or Bonzo
Troy Staunton Page stole a lot of his material. They weren’t the most creative bunch.
I am not even a huge Zepplin or Aerosmith fan , but this is one of the coolest performances that I have ever seen.
This is why Hall of Fames have purpose. Capuring moments of the living before they depart is worth more than thousands of rare $50k concert posters. Neither of these bands would have done this without having longterm respect for each other. Jimmy had prior experience with Steve and Joe, so no doubt he felt very comfortable about this.
This is why they’re called ROCK STARS, kids.
Right !
Two of the GREATEST Rock bands together! How did I not know this existed!?
This is the BEST thing to come out of the Covid Virus so far.. 🤘🏼
Totally🤟🤟🤟
I would agree if it wasn't so horrible. I'm sorry I love both bands....eh maybe not Aerosmith so much , but yeah absolutely horrible
Aerosmith? No no no
You didn't know it existed because they most definitely wish no one did. This is crap
Anyone that doesn't like this, doesn't like Rock'n'Roll.
The few of you guys complaining about this performance need to relax and listen to more than the first one.
Get a grip people.
Haha, I see what you did there.
No. It sucked. Kinda.
I like how Page and Perry take turns playing some soloing. Each respecting the other.
JP hands down- the most comfortable man on stage. Steve wasn't intimidated nor was Joe... which made it so cool. I always feel bad that John PJ had a back seat in Zeppelin, but Zeppelin would have never ever been been what they are without him.
I agree, I love J.P. and he did seem to be the forgotten one. But none of them would be anywhere if not for Jimmy Page! If only Bonzo hadn't passed, they may have made more great music. They would have had to get clean! But, who knows?
Jonesy 🥰
There were 2 JPs and both guys were great.....To me Joe Perry stood out from them all though
@@davidheimbach8429 ha,no way perry was a nervous wreck, you can see ir in his playing,no feeling, not like page
I think Joe was trying let them have their moment. Very respectful of him
This is legendary I never new they performed together 🙉
Jonesy is one of the most precise, talented and coolest motherfuckers on a 4 string, ever. 🔥🤘😎
I totally agree.
He is a god bass player.
Yeah jonesy is elite as it comes
Two Rock bands jammin. Play where you fit in, it's awesome!
This was a treat...What a kewl jam session....Robert was on 🔥....lol....Two of my favorite Vocalists .....What great memories arise whenever eye hear the Great Zep or Aerosmith.......These bands changed the World........Thanks for the flashback...
This is what rock n roll is about 🔥🔥🔥
WOW!!!! we will probably never see these Rock legends together on the same stage again!!! I love Arrowsmith and I have seen them live on a few occasions. I am a HUGE LED ZEPPELIN FAN!!! They are my absolute favorite Rock Band. They were the best. They had the best of the best!!! I would have loved to see them live!!! This video is awesome!!! Thank you so much for sharing ❤️
Improvised performance. This is raw shit and it's fucking amazing. A cool moment in rock history! Two cool rock bands sharing a moment.
Twenty-five years later and I'd still pay to watch these two bands jam together!
This is raw ! I love it . Kudos to both front men sharing the stage .
Heavenly Rock and Roll played by experts.
Holy cow! How sweet it must have been to see this in person. I've seen both bands but together, a dream come true. As fun as it is to watch this, they were having more fun singing and playing ! You can see the respect for each other, the joy of being with each other & the passion they have for making great music. 🎶🎤🎸🥁🎶☮👩🦳
People bitching and complaining lmao, it’s a fuckin jam, they’re having fun, probably barely even rehearsed, of course it’s chaotic but it still sounds dope 2 of the greatest bands on earth playin together, we don’t see that every other day. Wish we would’ve been able to see them perform together live in the 70s at their prime.
I don't mind the quality of the music, but the sound mix is garbage.
Aerosmith was pretty hit or miss back in the day. Much more consistent since they got sober.
@@kryllion You would think a little thing like Page's guitar being loud enough....
I'm 60yrs old, and my very first concert was Aerosmith, back in high-school. And what a great concert it was.
@@oceanview2965 I’ve seen Aerosmith too in 2013. Sadly I’m too young and never got the chance to see Led Zep 😞
This is the BEST collaboration I have had pleasure to witness!!!!!!
U can easily see & hear why JPJ was one one of the GREATEST BASS PLAYERS around!!
Couldn’t agree more ❤️
Is*. JPJ is still alive.
@@vlastakadric4206 jpj. He's in my top 5 bass players!
@@Argi1000 yep. Guy pretty much took care of himself. Still married 2 MO also.
I love Jimmy's "pucker" when he's playing.
Page and Perry trading licks, while Plant, and Tyler do the same, while Jones, and Bonham provide a lifeline.
Amazing Performance 😮🎤🎶🤘💀🔥 Love Aerosmith and Led Zeppelin 💜
Wow, stage on 🔥Page Hot as always, JPJ, I loved the smile while Rock'n it! Aerosmith tried keeping up! Robert's vocals & dance moves epic!
LED ZEPPELIN AND AEROSMITH FOREVER! LONG LIVE LED ZEPPELIN AND AEROSMITH!
Tons of respect and carring on that stage that night. 👏
Who cares of those negatives comments...their music so great that we dont pay attention to anything. But their songs
It was historic, be happy you get to listen to it
I like the raw sound!
my two favourite bands of all times... my two favourite singer and guitar gods of all times... ♥♥♥ could watch this performance over and over again..
Ok I've seen better garage bar bands better than this ,sorry.
You’d be the only one. Glad you loved it, enjoy it!
two legend bands of the 70s, priceless
Aero Zeppelin? Can't get better than this!
Led smith
aero led@@ortrist7044
One of the first songs early Led Zeppelin covered, around 1968.
All these negative comments make me wonder if you listened to the entire video. "Reefer Headed Woman" and on was sublime.
Yep, it’s clear that people have turned off after the first song. There are some smashing moments
They've sold more albums than any rock band in history to this day so I think they deserve to do what ever the fk they want after being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Twice for Jimmy. Oh and in case you don't know the story behind their friendship. Steve Tyler went to Led Zeppelins first concerts here in the USA at the Boston Tea Party and was blown away!
Two great groups playing together as one, both with blues roots. excellent, es una joya este video. tocan como si fuera un grupo. gracias. Rock and Roll will never die. Maestros. Jason representing his father, a good drummer.
So awesome 2 of the greatest singers can't get much better 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
The sound is not the best, but you are wathcing two legends play together
Rock Gods performing and having fun... Amazing...
And that's what it's all about.. having fun
they really took that John Paul Jones comment to heart....he is the only one i hear ..!!
Two of the finest rock bands one from each side of the big pond.😅
Love that raw garage sound! All day long baby 🤘
I find it interesting that Page sticks to the garage rock sound while Perry goes for the soaring stadium rock sound.
Perry did very well
This is like a dream..
Roland Hersan more like a nightmare
I love how all their hair “remains the same” after 20+ years
Great two great singers and guitars love them😘😘❤❤❤❤
I waited for this many years, and it finally happened. What makes it a great "moment" in time, is that it was just that. The moments here were just allowed to happen.
I can’t even imagine how thrilling it was for Steve and Joe to jam with Led Zeppelin.
or for Robert and Jimmy to with Aerosmith. They are mutual fans...
K B Absolutely right!!
@@k-dawgbroadcasting5444 Heck no. Zeppelin are zeppelin. Jimmy page was joe's guitar hero.
@@hembabukarki6536 Zeppelin has made no secret they are huge fans of Aerosmith as well. They are legends, but don't sell Steve, Joe and company short either. Both bands share immortality and immeasurability to their contributions to music
I agree that Aerosmith is one of the great bands out of the 70's. Grew up listening to them. But hey, Zeppelin is in a class of their own. Maybe the greatest rock band ever
The thumbnail tho😂😂
I never thought I'd ever be able to say that Led Zeppelin are the closest an actual musical performance comes to sounding like a Shreds video, but here we are.
Awesome two great bands jamming and having fun together, awesome
How much fun was that! JPJ is the coolest Bass man I’ve ever known! What fun and crazy lives these guys have had, and nothing much left to say about Jimmy, besides how sexy he still is!
Page is extraordinary beyond words. Ferociously handsome no matter his age. Takes my breath away.
When two legendary Rock groups collide!! This is epic!!
When two creative band jamming together...all is good..
This is frickin awesome 👏 x x
This is Amazing!!! I'm More Than Grateful To Those Giants of Rock!!!
For all of you ""dissing this"...remember ..everyone on that stage...even on their worse day..
Wakes up ..Cooler than You are..
Soo thankful for these guys!! Blessed with music. Peace y'all
Two of the best..⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This is amazing !!
this performance has grown on me the past 22yrs. the first time i heard it. and now with recent uploads even better. then u find whenYoung comes out
Why always so negative! Be glad that we can see it! When I was young we had to wait a week to see our favourites during one hour when we were lucky; I like it, it's special!
Throw in the Rolling Stones, the Beatles and the Who, and you have the ultimate top pantheon of rock and roll...along with these 2 immortal bands...
the Who?? I don't think so
Please leave out the WHO for Gods sake
É impressionante ver essas duas lendas cantando junto, é algo mágico.
an explosive combination Plant&Tyler
They have simply amazing voices
Robert Plant’s smile is absolute KILLER. He could melt a glacier with that smile.
Absolutely amazing rocknroll!
I did not know this existed - Led Zeppelin and Aerosmith sharing the stage? I'm in, regardless of the technical difficulties :) Damn I'm late to this video....
I mean for a quick chat backstage on what what’re gonna play and seeing jimmy say I’m not gonna tell ya. It was great. Page forcing everyone to pay attention and listen. Classic zeppelin approach
Love both of these bands fan 4 life! Amen
what a great thing!!! love both bands!!!
They are clearly feeling it; we're just not hearing it.
hahahahaha
We didn't snort it 😅
This is so amazing.
Glad i seen that for free lol.
Rock Stars!!!
In more ways than one.
The happy aquisition of JPJ, tight as ever and managing the merger ..
Aerosmith is not given the credit they deserve. Zepp knows...Page/Perry, Plant/Tyler, and the rest are two of the greatest bands in history. This is a jam that serves to show some of the greatest musicians who have ever lived.
two band legend
I’m gonna watch zeppelins 69 concert to try and erase this from my memory.
ikr
I just laffed so loud from your comment that I scared the dog!
When 2 of your favourite bands ever get in a head on collision and everyone dies in the fiery carnage.
Dumb!
Oh my God I just woke the dog laughing out loud at your comment!
Of course you're spot-on and thanks fkn youtube. Blessing & a curse
WOW...WHAT A PACK OF ROCK MONSTERS JAMMIN' TOGETHER...
Joe and Jimmy!
Steve and Robert!
Aero Zeppelin Yardbirds🤟
Led Zeppesmith
Zepyard Aerobirds?
I´m a fan of both and they show us why...🤩
the sound mix is terrible
It's a lost art my friend.
Nobody knows how to do it anymore.
THE BASS AND GUITAR ARE AWSOME What?
@@gilrios1405 what you don't understand about 'sound mix'?
@@nikzar9889 - But this was 1995. It should have been on point.
For whatever reason, Jimmy and Joe Perry are like oil and water. Just don't go together. They were competing for space in the arrangement instead of playing together. Joe should have taken the back seat here instead of trying to play leads all over the place. Or perhaps they had crappy monitoring and couldn't her each other properly.
Train Kept On Rolling 0:06
Bring It On Home 4:54
Baby, Please Don't Go 8:04
Please correct me if I am mistaken.
I feel like the only people who know what they're doing are Jonesy, Steven Tyler, and Joe Perry.
Wonderful!!! Brilliant talent 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯😍😍✌️💚💚
Thanks watching while quarantined lol
And thanks to my friends, for finally remembering my phone number 🔥
The drummer was excellent
His name is Jason Bonham
That is Jon Bonham's son, Jason. He IS literally a straight, divine connection from his father to those drums!!!!! He is IMO the best drummer ever--following Jon Bonham.
They had a rough start, but by “Baby please don’t go” they found their groove and proceeded to bring it.
