@1:51:00 I agree with you completely. I have caught and cooked fish when I was fishing in Canada. People should take the time to process their own food. Thank you for posting this entire series in one video. It makes it alot easier for me to come and go to watch the whole thing.

You're doing the ultimate, roadtripping....in the USA. Here in The Netherlands I always enjoy my trips to the USA. Due to getting kids I'm bound to beautiful roadtrips in Europa now, but looking forward to go back to the USA one dag. Keep up the enjoying and I'm happy to watch every episode.
Hello, fellow East Coaster! I grew up in Boston. We used to drive through New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine every fall when I was young to see the foliage and in the winter we went to New Hampshire all the time because we had a friend that lived there right on the lake. We would go sledding and ice skating on the lake. In the summer we would go to Canopy Lake and swin in the lake at our friends house. I have so many great memories growing up in New England. It's so beautiful! I haven't been back there in over 20 years, so it was so nice to take this road trip with you!
Ryan, Ive been watching your video for about a week and i must say you're a genuine chill guy that doesn't take no BS. Much respect man you deserve a sub
Ryan, very much appreciated your insight on experiencing the dispatching process. It does create a more balanced understanding of what goes into consumption, with a much better context for people to respect the origin of the final product on the plate. I also feel it extends not just to meats/seafoods, but also plants. The amount of work done on a farm to produce a head of lettuce, a cucumber, an avocado ... everything, is back-breaking, thin margin, weather/water dependent, etc. And all built on a fragile supply chain. Not only does it build respect for the animal/plant, but for the people who work to bring it to us. The amount of food waste is appalling and disrespectful; being more aware of process might help overcome the disassociation. Thank you for broaching this subject. Safe travels, from California!
Is should build even greater appreciation adoration love and respect for God who provides and supplies exactly what is needed from seeds to seasons thank you Jesus Christ hallelujah you are truly worthy to be praised!
Keep going brotha! I love this long drawn out video version. You inspired me to buy a 25 ft RV and full time living out of it now lol. I ended up renting my house
Here in Phx we have self driving taxis, they are called Waymo. They get stuck and lost all the time. Literally just drives in circles in parking lots. Maybe the gps vehicle that did that toll road route was one of our lost Waymos. Lol
I discovered your channel this week and we are enjoying this long trip, particularly the food sections, I love the way you spill food all over yourself (just like I do). Downunda - Class B owner Melbourne Australia
dude, i follow u like 6 month so far, so craving to ur each updated videos, feel like nature coming back .like the back country u went/wildness . ur videos kind of like motivation to me. thanks man. truely from bottom of heart.
I'm 15 years old and I wish I could live your life when I'm older And hopefully in the future, we can meet up. And maybe we can build my dream Van. Cause I love the designs you did to your Van. The Ceiling is absolutely beautiful and I love your entire setup.
Hi Ryan love the channel here is the reason of why you can't pump your own gas : By 1968, putting fuel in your own car was banned in 23 states. “Because of the fire hazards directly associated with dispensing fuel, it is in the public interest that gasoline station operators have the control needed over that activity,” New Jersey's law states.
Thanks for taking me along... I get to go no wheres all work no play sadly...and ur stuffed pumpkin peppers are a cool idea..only think I'd add would be rice into my meat the boom u have ur carbs a total great meal..😊 thank u for taken us all along
I've been watching for a long time now and seeing your growth in each video is so awesome. Lover your content man, really do appreciate you providing this for us.
very cool video Ryan, I was just watching your channel and this video about Philly came on. you ended up stealth camping right next to my house lol. Love it
Tip from a Philly native, Pat’s and Geno’s are the tourists places. Don’t go there. Go to a regular Corner Store for a cheesesteak. Cheese Wiz is a NO.
As a north phill resident I salute your review of Angelos. Pro tip if your stealth camping in Philly avoid north Philadelphia. Lots of robberies and car thefts. Check out the surrounding areas like south Philly or manayunk. You camped in the worst part of Philly 😂
Haven't watched as it is a long one and haven't had time. As someone who was born in Massachusetts, but I've lived most of my life in Connecticut, I'm looking forward to sitting down and watching properly. New England is great! Each state has something great to offer. That said, my home state of Connecticut has an irrelevant Capitol city. A big night out never involves Hartford. Boston and Providence have lots to offer. Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, and Rhode Island have so many more things worth visiting.
Yup I traveled to Boston from WV and MD every weekend in 2020 and used 81/78 and bypass that cesspool! The Finger lakes, Elmira, Owego all nice areas in NY.
If i was you id use fuel hose designed for the diesel fuel they sell by the foot at o'reilly's and then id insulate the filter for protection so rocks and stuff dont hit it. We use diesel to clean stuff it works like wd40 to clean rust and stuff it deteriorates certain plastics so make sure the filter works with diesel cause that can be another reason for the filter blow outs
Hey Ryan! New subscriber here ! It’s amazing how big the mainland is! I’m living through your lens! Thank you so much for making awesome content! Much love from Guam
I'm born and raised CT native from Guilford - just right outside of New Haven. Lived there 23 years before moving to Arizona. IMO the best pizza you can find in CT is Bobby's Apizza in North Branford.
Hopefully you were able to restock your van with the food you needed. Have you ever made garlic cloves roasted in olive oil? It is amazing and it easily spreads on bread, dough and can be added to sauces, butter or cheese either a soft cheese or a cheese sauce. My daughter and I tried it recently and loved it. You can find different sizes and shapes for a pizza stone which can also be used when baking bread. I have started a rustic loaf in my Dutch oven and finished it on the stone which was already in the oven. It gave it that brick oven taste and texture to the crust. The bread didn't even last 2 days because it was so good. Safe travels and definitely get some of the additive used to prevent desil fuel from Congealing in colder temperatures.
Anyone who lives in a vehicle or camps needs to have both a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket which is reusable and works better on most fires because it stops air flow to the fire and puts it out without the mess from using the other method.
I love watching your van life video. I'm new to van life and haven't tried / too scared to try city stealth van life, but I'll eventually will need to do it one day. I hope to keep my attitude high just like you
The rolls you used for the lobster are New England rolls. They are made so you can grill the outsides of the buns, that is why they don't have crusts on the sides.
You can find Lemon heads at dollar trees. I love the gas stations that have the variety of heads. Grape, cherry, apple, orange heads. I think they’re better than lemon
You just made me feel old and made me laugh at the same time. Gas station attendance were common when I was growing up as a young man. You didn't start pumping your own gas until about the middle '80s. And it's custom to tip your gas station attendant after he gets done pumping your gas usually they would check your oil and clean your windows for you too while they were pumping the gas.
Don't feel too old gas station attendants still exist and they still pump gas and deserve tips some will even clean your windshields are the roof of your vehicle if it's snowing
You have to go to New Brunswick and check out the Flower Pots in the Bay of Fundy. World's highest tide.. and in Torro, Nova Scotia, you can ride the tide as it comes in, like white rapids
Just discovered your videos and love it!! I watched your Alaska Hwy journey yesterday and the New England tour today. The videos are well done and very informative! I’m living vicariously through you!! Keep up the good work!! Also, do you have an Amazon store for some of the products you use?? Love the snap bowl!! Continued Blessings and Protection on your journeys!! 💞
I love videos like this because I'm asian american and people really like to lump america into one big same place but there are major differences even from city to city at times. Love the content man keep doing what you're doing.
The best Philly cheese steak is at Smith Street Bagels in Brooklyn. That’s where I had my first (second and third) cheesesteak. I finally made it to Philly and had a cheesesteak and it just didn’t blow my hair back.
I really enjoyed how long this video was. I live about 40 minutes north of Salem, so it was pretty cool to see you in the area. I really envy your way of life. I'd love to see a collab with Winterisblu. Safe travels!
So far as I've viewed vanlife videos, I haven't seen any cooking demonstrations using the actual appliances they built in. Yours are particularly good!
BJs Wholesale Club parking lots are a good spot to stealth camp overnight while traveling the east coast. I actually work for them based in CT and i stayed in their lots with my travel trailer overnight while traveling the north east
Next time you make hot dogs, you should remember to get sauerkraut and either mustard or ketchup, it's a NYC thing, taste really good. Just a suggestion. :)

You need to use anti gel when in the diesel heater tank when you travel to freezing locations. That's why the filters are exploding.
