Vlad, another excellent video. I believe you said you can't create a sub-tag on the sidebar. It works for me. Just right-click on the parent tag. A little menu will pop up. Click on "Create Sub-Tag in....."
Hi Jim, thank you so much for sharing this information. This is a proof of how fast Evernote is adding new features. It was not possible before and I missed it one of the updates.
Thanks for your content. Got any ideas why I can't get nested tags to work? Even inserting the entry - include subtags - the search does not return any results. I have created 1 parent tag " Relating to" with the following child tags "1personal" "2work" "3Ref" but when I use the search field and select the parent tag " relating to" by selecting the "include child tags" option I don't see no notes. Could you help me? Thank you
hey, is it possible for Evernote to filter so as not to show a note with one tag. For example, I have 3 notes with the tag "home" and 1 of them has an additional tag "archive". I only want to see 2 notes with the tag "home".
Type this in the search box: tag:home -tag:archive If you are a Professional or a Teams subscriber, there's another possibility: tag:home NOT tag:archive By the way, there a many videos here on the channel showing different exemples of filtering notes with the advanced search. You'll find some of them in the playlist below. ruclips.net/p/PLvpWPNHFvOBVyWOqSKESlKWbRTHNfRCU1
