After starting out as a PNGTuber myself I wanted to go over the things that confused me at the start. In this PNGTuber tutorial I go over the basics of a PNGTuber and the main 2 websites/sofwares = Reactive by FugiTech and Veadotube and how to connect them to OBS!

Hii is it ok if I ask some vtubing questions
So I wanna start vtubing and I wanna start with a png model because that's what I can afford to do now, in the future I can upgrade and so on
So I'm wondering like how do I starr which is the best but affordable pc to buy that can handle playing games, stream and then handle my png tuber avatar
also I currently stream from my PS5 to Twitch just using my voice. So now I just want a cute character in the corner of my streams and I can set that up on the monitor/pc and can I then keep streaming from my PS5?
anyways do u have recommendations for good but affordable pc and monitor that can handle like playing some games from steam, handle my png tuber when I make one. Yup that's all my questions

Of course it's okay to ask questions!!
PNG model is an amazing option to start with for sure! I think it's a very smart choice.
I would say a good starting point for a gaming PC is anything relatively modern with a dedicated graphics card which is within your budget, since you can always upgrade parts down the road. PNG models aren't overly intensive and as long as your settings aren't too high in games then a lot of current low to mid-range systems can perform incredibly well with both streaming and gaming at the same time.
You mentioned having a PS5 which you stream on currently, if you already have a PC/Laptop that can run OBS somewhat decently then maybe a Capture Card would be a better starting option, as it would be cheaper than a full gaming PC and would allow you to add some overlays and your PNG model to stream.
Depending on the games you want to play on steam the PC specs will differ quite a bit. I would recommend looking at some budget PC videos which have prices in your currency, as for the monitor that also depends on what you want to play, but I think any 1080p 144hz monitor these days will suit a majority of peoples needs.
These are all just my personal opinions on the matter, but I hope this helps.
