i feel it was a mistake and agree she should of contacted the artist we dont know the details of what happened just what being spreed online, and lets face it people will just hate on her simply because one she is a vtuber and two she is popular nothing more she im also not a big follower of this stuff nor do i really follow drama mostly i dont give a shit if you upload somthing online to a game dont expect people to pay if you wanted to make money to upload it online until people pay.

It's laughable that people try to defend Filian with saying: "The ToS changed when Filian became popular!" (Doesn't matter for which model) She legit says herself she ripped her model off of VRchat, so she had NO rights at all in any way to use it for VTubing or merch anyway.
