I'm rooting for you as well from Germany! We got this! I have put back 4,5 Kilos, but with Rick's encouragement (plus some work on my nutitional side!!) I am confident that by the end of this summer, I will be better than I was a year ago. So, let's follow along with the cool moves, cool grooves and Rick's amazing positiveness. I suffer from depression too and I can relate. I know it's hard feeling like you are starting over again, but at least you have started. I encourage you to keep it up. Even if all we can manage is 10 min of exercise. 🤗
I can't thank you enough for these workouts, Rick. I have lost more than 20 lbs over the last 7 months PLUS - for 17 years I've been diagnosed with osteopenia in my right hip. Doing these workouts has returned that right hip to normal bone mass! 🤯 Who knew walking workouts could do that !? Thanks again for making these so easy to access!

This was my fourth today as I love mixing and matching the 15 and 20 min workouts. I am 56 and very happy with my fitness thanks to you. On top of that I can go on a trip, gain some pounds then lose them so fast with your workouts. Massive thanks Rick!!
