    Best video yet! The outtakes were hilarious. Some of those controllers look very very familiar, wonder why? I caught that cnc machine comment. Awesome. This video deserves a million views or more.

    Just as your projects are awesome, so are your video making, plotting, acting, story making, dialogue, script writing, quality cinematography. Projects and videos are different, just uncommon, so your project gives us a different level of joy. This is called quality. By the way, I saw my childhood hero again through this video, remember a lot of memories going on later, I remember going home from school pretending to be sick to watch it on TV. Thank you for your hard work and joy.-Rashed

    Haha, great props in this one! A real delorean!? Are you kidding me!? Awesome. You can tell your camera and acting crew provided great vibes on set as well. Great job! I sure wish I had a delorean with a flex capacitor.

    STANDING OVATION. I started watching this when I was shall we say indisposed but as soon as I saw what the content was I saved it to share with my snuggle bunny whose a huge fan of the series. We even played the games.
    By the way those wires might not connect anything tangible but they connect to my imagination and my sense of nostalgia.
    BEST ONE YET THANKS SO MUCH
    Also just because I'm curious and to settle a bet what inspired the build?
    BTW I ain't afraid of no Biff.
    Just a thought but have you considered posting the movie part as a short to possibly drive engagement for the channel cuz you definitely deserve more followers.

    • @CodeMakesItGo
      @CodeMakesItGo  2 года назад

      Thank you very much! Your comment is so funny. I didn't know there was a game. I always wanted to build the remote control but never had a reason. Reyax asked if I could make them a video using their LoRa radio so I finally had an excuse to make it. Love the short idea, I think I will try that. And be careful with Biff, he tried to run over this guy several times with his car, that dude is crazy.

    What's the use of a small GPS module when the Antenna is Huge ? I would have used a small BN-180 GPS puck. Totally much smaller. Nice project just the same..

    • @CodeMakesItGo
      @CodeMakesItGo  2 года назад

      Oh wow the BN-180 look really nice. Thanks for showing me about this. Your right though, I added the puck just in case I didn’t get enough satellites and it adds a lot. It probably would have worked with just the internal antenna but I only had one chance with the Delorean so didn’t risk it. Thanks so much for watching and the suggestion for the cool gps module, I’ll definitely be getting one.

    JUST A POINT
    4:42 , Since you are being specific... Your explanation was incorrect.
    You are using a
    1 inch
    7 Segment Display
    ........ WITH D.P.
    With Common Cathode
    Again, if you're being that specific you shouldn't leave out the correct definition of the part you are using

    • @CodeMakesItGo
      @CodeMakesItGo  2 года назад

      Thank you, does D.P stand for double pole? If not, what does with D.P mean?

    • @CodeMakesItGo
      @CodeMakesItGo  2 года назад

      Oh I think it means decimal point. Thanks again for the tip 👍

    • @martinkuliza
      @martinkuliza 2 года назад +1

      @@CodeMakesItGo
      it depends on context
      in the context of Knife switches and switches in general you are correct
      it stands for Double Pole and S.P. as you gathered stands for Single Pole
      However the context here is L.E.D.'s and Segment displays, Nothing to do with Switches
      In the context of L.E.D.'s D.P. Stands for Decimal Point
      so you can have a 7 Segement Display WITH D.P. (which you have)
      or you can have it without D.P. (in which case you wouldn't generally say without D.P., you would just say "7 Segment Display" ) which you did and given that it has a D.P. it is an incorrect statement given the level of detail you intended to go to
      so.. D.P. means Double Pole, it also means Decimal Point
      in electricity it can also mean Dual Phase (but that's another story)

      @@CodeMakesItGo
      and..... there you go
      You're welcome
      again, i wasn't being a dick and if you didn't go into a lot of detail i wouldn't have bothered mentioning it because in the context of electronics if we speak generally
      you generally don't point shit out if it's wrong
      but.. IF YOU CHOOSE TO BE SPECIFIC AND PEDANTIC (as much as it's respected) if you get something wrong, expect it to be pointed out
      in saying that , in electronics it is expected that if a person prides themselves on detail then they do not mind being corrected and learning so.. i wasn't being a dick, i was pointing it out for the sake of accuracy
      given your response, i take it you didn't know that, so i'm glad that you now have learned it
      Be cool
      cool video

      Haha I don’t think you were being rude at all. I know I have a lot to learn. And I know there are really smart people out there like yourself. I appreciate you pointing out details. You’re not only helping me learn new thinks but anyone who reads this too. So thank you. 👍
