- This laundromat has been a blast and continues to surprise me and people on my team as well. We had a record week last week but we also had a longer week than normal because of a vacation I took. This is a short week but it was still a very good one!

The audio is ahead of the video by about 15 seconds. Not a big deal for these types of videos but just so you know.
Yes I was adding clips and thought I synced them up but oops!
I wish some young folks would watch these videos, so they can learn that "little bits add up to a lot". I often hear them saying, "i's only a dollar" or two, for some fleeting pleasure, but saving those little bits adds up to a lot. Especially when the dollar is for a bottle of water or energy drinks....when bringing some drink from home saves $$$.

Really like that you do the grafts for us, and happy to see that this has been a productive investment, been a really exciting journey you've taken us along for, I'd stopped watching Investment joy when you started your laundromat vids, at least for me I find your production of the videos to be less intense and more viewer friendly, I always watch but don't always comment but wanted to just let you know your doing a Great job with the mats, and the Utube, looking forward to the small mat stats.

If there was ever a scenario where you left this location do you get to keep the machines that came with the lease or would those have to go back to the property owner? And have you ever asked the owner if he would sell the whole building? I’d imagine having a DMV tenant is pretty good.
I get to keep them. The owner has no interest in selling right now
Try shutting the power off to the washer for 24 hours straight. This will allow any stored power in the motherboard to drain completely and then power it back up. It should reset to factory spec . May work may not but worth a shot. I've been repairing for 32 years and I've had to do this several times to fix customers appliances
Finally remembered to bring the coin counter to the bigger laundromat. Makes it easier to count the coins without stopping at a 2000. The pop machine is being used more now which makes more money. Numbers looks good.
The Huebsch washer the money box it not in all the way or the wire is off on the switch in the back of the money box.
I would like to know how do you bank you quarters? Great to see you getting ahead in this business

Agree. That was what I was trying to say. My comment was hinting at people who may not be disabled trying to get disability
Maybe I missed it, but why is this a "short week"? It is because a full week has not elapsed since the last time you counted coins there, or is it because there was a federal holiday this week? If it's the latter, I think it might be reasonable to expect this to be a better week than usual--assuming the laundromat was open on the 19th. People who had the day off might have driven business up a good bit on Wednesday.
I was on vacation and counted coins from Friday to Sunday (9 days) last week and this week counted from Sunday to Friday (5 days) so fewer days counted

Please consider not having a set day/time of counting money. The predictable schedule makes you an easy target 😞.

I have a question: what kind of soap is in this small boxes that you sell in those machines? Is it like tablets? or powder? Is every box meant to be used in one wash or it can be used over a few washes? I

I saw y’all had some bad weather this week.
We got an inch of rain and lots of wind but no hail. Had a land spout tornado right by us but those aren't super dangerous

Glad things are going well at the big laundromat! I knew that moving the 50 pounder to the front was a good idea.
I really am bothered by the imperfections here, though. The prices aren't matching on all the machines! Like how the 50 pounder in the back costs $5.50, while the two 50 pounders in the front only cost $5.00? How has that not gotten fixed yet? Might as well raise the 60 pounder's price to $6.75 at the same time.
Also, I still see those old numbers on the machines! They are still out of order, and I'm sure there are customers who will go crazy over this! Whenever someone calls, leaves a voicemail or a note, they say Washer 8 isn't working, but there's like... three washer 8s? Hopefully that gets fixed one day. I know you are a busy guy, so I'm not going to pressure you into doing this right away.
Yes repricing the big machines is on my list but not easy..
