That's a salvage/ auto auction sticker. It's from either iaa (insurance Auto auction). Or Co-Part. They are rebuilding salvage cars. I would be careful there because they could be dumping automotive fluids into your pit for the car Wash. Oil ,transmission, antifreeze. And that is a EPA violation.
Although its a nice thought to leave things for people to reclaim - more than likely those are trash items or homeless leftovers. Never leave things in a lost and found pile, it just trashes up your laundromat for no business benefit to you. Good people will appreciate your business more if you keep it tidy - you are letting your tenant with the auction cars abuse your good intentions.
Stickers on the windshields are from auctions, rust on the rotors shows that car's been sitting a LONG time. Either bought and trying to flip, or stolen.
Definitely auto auction or salvage title cars from Copart. They're likely fixing and reselling them. Use Google translate when communicating in person with them. They'll understand that!
Almost every place I rented at in the lease agreement it states "vehicles must be serviced off site and not on the property. Checking the fluids (such as oil dipstick and the windshield washer fluid) are okay. You should upgrade your lease rules to ALL your tenants.
Have you had the police check the VIN numbers? Are these stolen cars? Do you know how many people are living in the apartment? Not on the lease, but who are actually living there. Also does your rental contract with the state specifically that they cannot have a business on that property?
The sticker on the blue car means it came from either copart or iaai insurance company auction. I think that is a copart sticker. I’m guessing they are flipping it to get the money out of it. I would guess the white car also came from an auction.
Happy Wednesday! The comment section is scaring me and equally pissing me off at what these folks are doing or could be doing. 😫😡 So sorry you hv to deal with this ignorance, Mark. 😫😔🙏🏽
Yep those are auction cars aka salvage titles and dont think its paint more like its wet sanding residue . has for the white car the neighbour can have the police come ticket and tow the car for illegal parking on private property . youve got a bigger issue on your hands if their repainting cars in the carwash your building insurance is going to give you serious problems and the town will cause you headaches for the fact that the space is not zoned for autobody repair its zoned for a carwash .
@@michelestellar7725 As a landlord, he has a business reason to access their info from the big credit reporting companies, do background checks, etc. So basically, he can pay a fee and run their numbers. But as this shows, a clean background check just means they haven't been reported on yet - not that they're really going to be great tenants!
Sick My life gets so ruined when I get myself into a streak of associating with really stupidly-socialized bad people who have a taker mentality. One seems to lead to another. Right now my whole act is all cleaned up. I love it. I am so peaceful in my head my day is my life. I can only try to help myself stay away from badness. Take take take. The mentality is like a very gigantic vacuum cleaner.
As much a pain as the blue car is at least you have a little leverage over them. Can you charge the paint removal from their security deposit?Given their behavior overall,I wouldn't trust them on the building rental
What an odd property! Laundromat in front, something indeterminate next to/behind that, then two car wash bays one covered one open, then kind of a shop behind that. No wonder you have tenant problems (how convenient for them to forget how to speak English when there is a problem).
You're too nice and bend the rules for tenants too often. Common theme in your videos. Need to stop a violation the first time and give no leeway on the rules. Tenants will tell a sob story to get a benefit and disappear when time to take responsibility. So protect yourself by giving no leeway.
Car wash bays can make ideal paint booths. They're repairing cars from insurance auctions.
not my car wash bays lol although a lot of ventilation

The whole thing is a major liability and to be sure, they don't have any kind of insurance for when TSHTF... that will be on Mark to deal with.
😯😯😯😯😯😯
Definitely 😂
Not a good situation no matter what they are doing
Yep, look like Copart stickers
If this was one of our rentals and I saw that paint on the concrete, my blood would be boiling.
I see the lost and found pile becoming a bonfire. Best to just trash the clothes.

Those two cars are definitely from auctions 😭
That is what I figured
yeah those are CoPart Stickers

depending on conditions a couple of weeks will do
Time for you to give them the boot, they are making the property look like a junk yard!
Nothing wrong with that.
Parking off your property though ehhh that's the neibors spot for shitbox parking.
We will see what happens next time I am there.
Make sure you take pictures of tow stickers with dates on them
Yes, like it or not, you have to be strict with tenants. Such is life.
Time to boot them out, they do NOT respect your authority at all and my guess is, they never will!
Looks like copart auction stickers from salvage auction
Time to call the police and tell them they are possibly stolen.
I don't think they are stolen. auctino cars.
Do you really want the headache of renting them out the shop?
no
Definitely auto auction or salvage title cars from Copart. They're likely fixing and reselling them. Use Google translate when communicating in person with them. They'll understand that!
Need more tires.
You want those people renting your garage? I'd be planning an eviction. The blue paint on the ground is a bridge too far. It will get worse.
I agree!!!!
Buh, bye! Good riddance! 😡
good point
Geez! Some people! I can't believe the nerve of some of your tenants.
Looks bad when people come to wash their cars!
WIndsheild sticker is a copart auto auction ID inventory
Challenges...the most FUN part of business!!!
If you google those numbers on the windshield you can see that they purchased them from an auction
There's at least one VIN number search site that will give you the history of the car (s).
Almost every place I rented at in the lease agreement it states "vehicles must be serviced off site and not on the property. Checking the fluids (such as oil dipstick and the windshield washer fluid) are okay. You should upgrade your lease rules to ALL your tenants.
Those are either Copart or Insurance auto action where they sell cars that were totaled by the insurance company and are being resold to rebuilders
Those white stickers on top are from copart insurance auto auction. Looks like they’re making 1 working car out of those 2 similar car.
I think those are Copart stickers. They may be from a different auction site but i have seen them on Copart cars.
Call the tow truck
U can get in trouble for them doing that in your car wash
Have you had the police check the VIN numbers? Are these stolen cars? Do you know how many people are living in the apartment? Not on the lease, but who are actually living there. Also does your rental contract with the state specifically that they cannot have a business on that property?
I'd be leery to continue as a laundromat customer seeing the tenant's sketchy activities.
luckily most laundromat peopel don't go back there
Man you are too nice they're running an auction cars through your place to fix them or strip them
The sticker on the blue car means it came from either copart or iaai insurance company auction. I think that is a copart sticker. I’m guessing they are flipping it to get the money out of it. I would guess the white car also came from an auction.

so much wrong with this.. but.. kinda wonder what the residency status of your renters are.
10 day quit or leave

Those look like auction stickers on the car windows.
so the numbers on the windshields are from copart witch is an insurance auction they are probably buying cars and flipping them
Copart salvage auction car stickers. They are rebuilding wrecked cars in your car wash.
forget real estate...invest in towing services. it will make you rich and improve your boogaloo situation
Try renting to people who understand English. How did they supply credit info?
people who don't speak English still have credit
@@investfourmore how is that ascertained?

Small time chop shop ? Where are all the wheels at ? They are responsible for damages from the paint spill
Sick

Copart cars....painting there is a hazardous waste situation
As much a pain as the blue car is at least you have a little leverage over them. Can you charge the paint removal from their security deposit?Given their behavior overall,I wouldn't trust them on the building rental
Love the drama! LOL
Locusts....😐
Yell at them and gesticulate wildly.
1. Throw out the old clothes. Trash brings more trash
2. Tow those cars. Time to cut the bs.
Love you, mean it! Have a good night!
Or donate it. But definitely post In the laundromat your policy..

Car for copart Auto auction they sell insurance total lost car and theft recovery

How do you spell, “inept“? That’s very easy, it’s spelled, “Mark Ferguson.“ ugh!
Sniff, sniff, boo hoo, Mark Ferguson has morphed into a big crybaby. Ugh!

The sticker on it is from a salvage auto auction.coparts
