how long do you cook the mackerel for? can you eat this raw ? for example with sushi? thanks x
that's not a fresh mackrell, cause then it would have "turned" and bend in the pan.. fresh fish bend when heated.. But it's still good! all things don't need to be fresh and twisting out of the sea!
it did not bend because he put cuts on the skin side.
Tomato salad - more like sliced tomato with spring onion and mint . salad my arse not even dressed just plain and bland, but nice try though
