There is something genuine about NOTA that we are quick to dismiss, I don't know what it is. His articulation makes you want to listen to him and hear him out. I like him. I do feel he has been through a lot of trauma but he means well man. I always watch his long interviews because whether we like it or not he is engaging af!
I think it's because he isn't an idiot, even though he tends to lie and embellish stories and events. Listening to him is like Russian roulette, he might say something really thought-provoking, or a downright horrible take. For me he represents human discourse in general, people are 100 percent responsible for what they say, but we're 100 percent responsible for we process and receive what they're saying.

I have been silently complaining about the frequency of invitations to Nota. But that's neither here nor there because it was more of a personal preference. I must confide, this was the most deserving interview....considering the recent happenings since the departure of Kiernan. Nota has to be protected, for he has freedom to speech. Yet he has to be held accountable as part of allowing him to learn.
The man is vocal, there is more information in his speech when he addresses issues - it is just that he talks in riddles to confuse the masses!

I've always loved and respected DJ Sbu but in this episode he was really a grootman. You guys have great chemistry on camera.
Now I agree Nota is a bit hyper but very intelligent articulate and learned and very knowledgeable about many things. True Arabic is the most spoken in Africa, 96hrs=4 days a few things he taught DJ Sbu. Nota is one guy who after he leaves us we will start loving him more. That 96hrs at a psychiatric institution helped him a lot. Whatever medication they gave him worked and he must follow his Drs instructions.

Nota got soo much knowledge and intellect that he feels the need to let it all out and teach people. Problem is how he chooses to do it. His approach and aggressiveness is quiet sickening and makes it hard for people to even hear what he has to say. He has knowledge like proper understanding of almost everything and he gets too excited with the info that he doesn’t process how he verbalises it.
