Thank you for the video. I agree it is addictive! Instead of scrapbook paper, I used marine vinyl to give it more of a leather look and feel. So much cheaper than a midori and means so much more to me. Blessings :)

Where did you buy the elastic and foam sheets? Love the rainbow color and you are by far the best in showing this tn tutorial, thank you for sharing ❤️
Thank you so much. I bought that colored elastic at Michaels craft store. The foam sheets are available at any craft store like Joanns, Hobby Lobby, Michaels and probably Walmart too. The foam sheet I used is 2mm. Happy crafting!

Thank you for this video! I was hoping to put pattern paper on the inside of the traveler's notebook as well. Do you think this would work if I mod podged it like the front cover?
it should work. My only side note is that it might strain more on the inside with the creases and wear. My wallet has done that but I still love the look :) . Thanks for watching!

I loved your video and started my notebooks last night. I got to the corner rounding and my foam wouldn't fit into the corner rounder. What kind do you have, or do you know what brand would work? TIA
Thank you for watching. My corner round punch is from creative memories. I bought many years ago. I know Fiskars carries thick punches (not sure if they have corner round) . This is the one I have. I managed to get modpodge on the Interiorfoam. Can I put modpodge all over the foam Interior ?

It's more like cardstock
This is a great video! Where did you get the thick elastic cord you used? I've been making a few traveler's notebooks and I'm having trouble finding that thick cord that works so well with these.

These were from Michaels. They normally have them in the dollar section bins or you can also purchase the 3 pack (Recollections brand) . Thank you for watching.
Does the surface coated with ModPodge stay slightly sticky at all??? This has happened to me before...?
I don't feel it sticky. I wouldn't put any inkjet or laser prints on it. The ink may stick on. I have had that happen to me with even sheet protectors. I think with good care it should last you a long time. Thank you for asking!

Are you referring to the pocket size tns? Also the elastic cord I use is 2mm.

Hi there, the mod podge is used to protect the paper from repeated use. This is an alternative version to laminating your outer cover.
