I had some goat milk shaving soap once and it collapsed almost as soon as I brushed it on. Didn't care for it. In another vain, I went to the last DQ flea market and the old couple with the razors weren't there again, so I ask the guy that runs the flea market about them. He said that they had intended to be there but the old man was in the hospital. He said that they plan to be at the December FM if he is OK by then. In December they move the FM to the new building where they have the dirt bikes {I cant remember the name of the building} because the Exhibition Hall is used for Christmas stuff. Just thought I'd let you know.
That is one big ass bar of soap. I'm not sure I could hold on to that in the shower 😱 My favorite shower soap (which also claims to be good for shaving) is the Dove Men+Care bar soap. I can get a 14-count (3.75 oz) for about $12 at Amazon. That adds up to 5+ bricks of the Duke Cannon soap. The Dove soap does lather well for shaving and would work in a pinch if I ran out of the good stuff 😉
Well, that worked almost too good! Not all bars would work like this one, but it's nice knowing that this one works so good. I picked up Dollar Shave Club shave butter a while ago to try, but haven't gotten to it yet. I don't think it foams much at all, so you can better see where you're shaving. I got it to try as a pre shave, but I'll try it just as a soap too. Take care!
@@lastshadow9351 I have some of the Van der Hagen shave butter but haven’t tried it yet. I have a feeling it will be hard to rinse and stubble will clog up. This soap worked well. Thanks for watching Ian!
Nice shave Matthew, I probably have enough Duke Cannon soap to last me the next 5 years! Productivity is a nice mild scent.💈💈
@@garys_shave I love the soap! Thanks for watching Gary!

Sawtooth is one of my favorite soaps. Never shaved with it. Interesting.

@@BartBuzz I have used the dove soap. I feel like it’s better at shaving than bathing. Thanks for watching Bart!
Great video Matthew!
