Too many turnovers this game for sure but one was for out of bounds when he got the ball passed to him and another was just great help defense on him stripping the ball, combine that with all the passing he does. It makes sense.

Yea we saw a bit of this in Golden State where he really should have been great because he fits that type of system. I think part of this was trying to add a player who has experience playing more of an international type game but the problem with that is, this is the nba and during the regular season, there is more of an emphasis on isolation and athleticism. If Booth had broken down his film with The Warriors he would have seen that Saric had lost some of his athletic ability. He has to be used specifically as a floor spacer now but the problem there is he has never been a 40-45% 3 pt shooter. He's very average beyond the arc. The Nuggets don't really run a set offense. It's sort of an iso system that relies on the Jokic/Murray two man game and has now added a new element of a Jokic/Russ two man game, both very different but there isn't a ton of movement with multiple ball handlers/play makers. Maybe Saric would be better off with a different organization but i'm not sure which?

When Gordon and Murray sit, on the floor would be: Jokic, Watson, MPJ, CB, and Russ. The starting five would be: Jokic, Gordon, MPJ, Murray, and Russ. In games missed by either Murray or Russ, Jalen Pickett is the backup point guard. In games missed by either CB or Watson, Strawther moves to the 2nd unit as a shooting guard. For now his minutes would be reduced.
