I really think the Ghirardelli brownie mix is one of the top 5 purchases at Costco - best brownies I have ever had - we always make sure we are stocked with that at our house! And I love those protein bars - I hope you liked them too!

We shop once a month- 60-mile trip into the city- Walmart pick up, Sam's Club & then Price Chopper for produce and what was out at the other 2 stores. My secret is that I buy food that we both will eat and make sure I always have it on hand. We have set things we both like so I always have the ingredients on hand for those- i.e. tacos, spaghetti, homemade pizza, baked chicken, steak, ground beef things- meatloaf, Salisbury steak. I use it during the month & always buy it again the next month. Granted there is only 2 of us, but living that far away from our stores makes this way the easiest. Usually by the last week of the month, like right now, it's slim pickings, but this way I have to use what we have and always add to the lists. Sometimes he'll want something that I don't typically have the stuff for, but it will go on the list for the next month. If we go through 5 cans of green beans that month, that's what goes on for next month and so on. We stock up on the meats about every other month or so. It takes a lot- all day in the city shopping and then putting it all away, but it does help in our situation.
Being a single mom with 2 kids I do buy certain things once a month but then there are other things I have to buy weekly. I don’t like to freeze certain things and I want them fresh. Love your video as always and Everett is as sweet as ever, enjoy watching him. That thermos would make a great Father’s Day gift, especially for someone who is outdoors a lot. I find with my sports bras that have the removable pads they always end up on the wash and I have to try to put them back in every time, so I try to remember to look for the ones that don’t have removable pads.
The removable pads are always scrunched up or missing, so I try to avoid them too. Thank you so much for watching and taking the time to comment!
I love when you take your sidekick to Costco and Sam's Club cuz I love watching him taste all the different foods and the samples LOL he makes me laugh when I am depressed and my anxiety is through the roof my three Furry Babies help me with that but I love watching your little man taste all the samples and his reaction he is so cute we are new to your Channel Beethoven Summer and Nugget my three Furry Babies want to say hi

Lots of fresh stuff to start, but then it’s canned goods and extra fridge... things like yogurt, will last all month, but it once, most fruit, apples, oranges, green bananas etc.. lunch meats and cheese freeze etc... our closet store is 45 minutes away, nearest Costco is over 2 hours in good weather
That makes sense! I would just need to think it through in advance. Fresh first and then move to the canned and freezer. I guess we are just spoiled being able to go weekly. Thank you so much for watching!

I go to Costco once a month but I'm a single person. You are part of a large family with a bunch of hungry boys so I can see why you go so often. I pretty much buy everything there. I shop at regular grocery stores for thing I want that aren't in huge family size and stuff Costco doesn't have.

For any fruit trees it takes 2 to 3 years to give fruits. I have a cherry tree same thing year 3 and now it's finally growing 🍒

Does Everett always go to Costco hungry so he can fill up on samples? Our Sam's Club has very few samples out when we go!
Everett ALWAYS has room for samples! They are his love language!

I was shocked of how high crab legs was. I figured they would be cheaper in Alaska.
I have a recipe the boys can make so easy my 9 yr old made them
3 ingredient Peanut butter cookies
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg.
350* 8 to 12 mins.

I'm surprised you didn't like the Puma Sports Bras. I live in them, it's all I wear. Love them. It does say removable cups but they almost never move. And you can't beat the price.

Yes most people eat tuna fish but some also like salmon,sardines,mackerel, and a few others..

Once you go Kerrygold you can’t go back to using any other butter. love using Kerrygold butter when I bake. I stock up when They’re on sale at Costco.

Look at your Costco and see if you can find bibigo rice. It comes like 12 little bowls of just plain sticky white rice ready in 90 seconds in the microwave I love them

The monk fruit sweetener in the pecans is a great sugar substitute than plain cane sugar. Baking with it is great as it is an even exchange and doesn’t spike sugar. Great for diabetics.

Biscoff cookies in a vanilla shake is so good and so is the cookie butter if you can’t find the cookies
YUM! I bought some cookie butter at Trader Joes when we went to AZ, it is also very YUM!
My Costco is an hour away so anything fresh I supplement from a Walmart that is 20 minutes away. But I love Costco and we go about every 6 weeks.
I shop about every 10 days at Costco and supplement at the grocery store for smaller things on things that Costco doesn't carry. I love Costco too!
We hit Costco every 2 weeks for meds. Just 2 of us so we go once a month for paper towels, toilet paper, paper plates and a lot of non edibles. I usually get egg & butter if I am low. Will buy meats and other edibles if I need it but most of our edibles are from local grocer. We can’t finish large portions from Costco before it spoils.

There is a crab shortage right now and some problems with rules and regulations, making the prices sky high!

We got gardening stuff, dirt, planters etc. it adds up!
It does add up, especially when you're buying more than food. I am so excited that planting seaso is on its way!

I love those olives in my salad too. That was a good price for that size jar. I am a big salad eater too. The more vegetables, the better the salad I think.
You can also get the Costco Irish butter instead of Kerrygold. If your Costco has it.
I have never seen it but will look the next time. For now the sale on this one seems good!

Plan your meals for the 4 to 6 weeks then buy what you need, have a good day bakeing and make and freeze the meals you need that all there's to it make sure to get fresh vegetables and meat children fish never get frozen

There have been regulations and decline in populations, hence the outrageous prices!!
Hi Friends, canned food really doesn't "expire" nor deteriorate, you can safely eat canned goods up to 1-3yrs PAST the expiration date so don't ever stress about your stockpiled canned goods. Peanut butter and oils a different story and you rotate those anyway so you are OK. You had me hooked on those keto pecans until you mentioned erthyritol and monk fruit then it was a hard pass for me (so thankyou for doing a quick ingredient list) sugar comes from a plant so technically it's "natural" and lm OK with that because YOLO! I LOVED the addition of the sampies count you popped on the screen and the random Everett dreaming about chocolate lol. Couldn't be a Costco haul without inspector Luna . Interested to see that Blueberry bread if you ever purchase it can you share what it's like. Hope your week is going well 🙏
The blueberry bread was incredibly yummy. It was a blueberry swirl bread with strudel top. I was getting bored by editing so I had some fun with those things flying on the screen. And Everett asked to watch himself with the ice cream at least 20 times in a row, he thought it was too funny. Have a wonderful weekend friend!
I stock up when things are on sale, and try to use the oldest. Canned tuna, peanut butter, pasta, dry beans, rice, spaghetti sauce are always in my panty. I try to restock before I get down to just having 2 on the shelf. I can't do the once a month thing either. I can do every other week, but only if there isn't anything I want on sale. I have a refrigerator in my garage for extra milk, cheese, eggs etc otherwise I would have to go every week.
It seems like the less you buy the more it costs. Lol❤😊

Everything was same price as Texas Costco Except for the Kerry Gold today was $7.49. Goodness did you have great samples. We had a few samples cauliflower rice, nuts, keto snacks, Birdseye garlic chicken was good. I passed on the others. Have fun.

The Energizer rechargeable batteries are ok for inside toy use, not so great for deer cams or anything outside. (yep learned that the hard way)
My Sam's club has the Outshine bars on sale too...I am the proud owner of 4 boxes in my chest freezer, I'm ready for summer!

If I take melatonin,. I zonk out and have a hard time waking up! I'm like a zombie! I've tried it several times and with the same results. Same with any type of allergy meds which I'm needing. If I'm going to take it I take it very early so I can sleep it off!

Hello Allison! We have not had snow for a few weeks but we have had snow as late as May in the past. In about a week I think all the snow will be melted from our yard.
His name should be Mikey because Mikey would eat anything and this boy wants all the free samples

It always amazes me the prices in Alaska compared to here I think our prices are high but yours are worse on a lot of produce type stuff and not only little kids need to take melatonin I do too good video God bless take care love you all
