Give it the Property tag via ATM then scale its damage with Open Sign and Balcony... Possibly even get the monster skill that doubles item values.

Another commenter already touched on this but getting approximately one billion tags will also help with this. A lot of specific tags offer high scaling potential. Property is probably the best example for pyg. If you can somehow get it on Dooley it goes absolutely insane since you can stick the Core tag on it by selling Combat Core.
