I'm a political junkie, and I've even helped a few campaigns over the years... This is by far the BEST campaign ad I've ever seen! It's to the point, filled with validated proof that is "in your face" type reality, and her demeanor, tone, succinct razor sharp on point message all ring through like a crystal clear bell....

Fantastic ad and point of view to put forth. I worked at a company in Baltimore 45 years ago, 1975 & 1976. I saw the decline of Baltimore starting then That train has been coming down the track for decades. I worked a a Kaiser Aluminum extrusion factory in the Halethorpe area. A declining enterprise. The Sparrows Point steel mill, once the largest steel mill in the world, was on a down slide. Totally gone now.
The city was trying to sell vacant row houses for $1. This was all 45 years ago.
The city is in a beautiful location. The people need real economic opportunities and the hope to become self reliant and successful.
All the best with your campaign. If I could, I would vote for your in a heartbeat.
Same with Buffalo, NY we've been on a decline since 1970 and it shows!

I have been through and worked in Baltimore area in the past. It is always seemed like a dangerous place. The voters made the wrong decision not electing Kim Klacik to Congress. She would have been a good choice.

genuinely curious. do you honestly believe that if she were to win, she would ever step foot on that street again? What has you convinced that she would be any different than every other political head that promises something, then either "Forgets" it, or is outright prevented from doing anything?
@@ivancybran because many have hope, hope for something polar opposite to have a polar opposite approach to make things better. This city has been run by democrats for a long time like she said. Her being a republican, things maybe different, but the only way to find out is to elect her, people may like her just because she shares the same color, same reason the black community voted for Obama, they felt a black person had many similar ideas and interests in the black community, not trying to sound racist or nothing but she may know what it's like to he treated a certain way that relates to them or grew up in a certain environment that relates to them, i don't know her whole life story but I do know she's the first to step foot on the streets and campaign and show what the media is too scared to show. She seems fierce just for doing that, and might be a good fit, plus if she's anything similar to Trump she probably is a great business woman and maybe able to create more jobs there and get those poor people out of that vicious cycle of never ending poverty. And make it prosperous again.

My point is, Historically, democrat or republican, people running for political office will do and say a lot of wonderful, hopeful, and sympathetic things to get elected.
Sure Baltimore has a democratic mayor, but there are way more moving parts than just the letter next to someones name that contributes to a states crime rate. the highest crime rates are also some of the largest cities, lowest crime rates are the smallest cities. it would be more accurate to blame population density for high crime than to blame one of the puppets/narcissists that we call politicians.
@@ivancybran I'm not quite sure though if it's coincidental that all of the major cities are democratic run, all of those cities preach defund the police which is why crime has sky rocketed though, or banning legal guns so the amount of illegal guns overwhelms the streets, i just am looking at it from a policy standpoint not a republican or Democrat stand point. And open borders also cause crime to increase because not only then do you have citizens committing crimes but also illegals to add on top of that. Not all illegals are bad but those that are definitely add still to those numbers in especially the sanctuary cities. Also we look at the policy the bail reform which let's criminals have a get out of jail free card to commit more crimes, like NYS has that policy i know. And another reason crime has sky rocketed. Now if Kim is a true republican is another story but it seems the policies of a republican fit a city to me much better, being able to obtain a gun legally still with strict policies not completely gun free like Chicago is. Loving our police ajd military to make good law abiding citizens safer. Just seems better. The list goes on and I can go on if you need more but I figure you'd get the point.

Sorry. This ad does not correctly reflect Baltimore. Baltimore is NOT just these abandoned houses. This is only one area she's walking She should stick to explaining how SHE will be any different in HER DISTRICT. All major cities have abandoned houses. People cant afford to buy or to fix them. Why not ? U figure that part out Kimpossible !!. What's ur plan gurl ?
We do not have anything like this in our state, you would not believe how nice the apartment housing is in our town, we are a republican run state and a portion of blacks live in immaculate areas with rent housing proportioned to their income!! We do not have any ghetto's, the houses that blacks own here and the land is also the best looking in the area. They are proud of who they are, we open doors for each other, speak in passing and show respect for one another. I have been to Baltimore many times and sorry it is not somewhere I would feel comfortable living in myself.
@@RiverBirchFarm I've lived in South Carolina hun. And still have relatives there. There are abandoned houses, slums & ghettos there. Maybe not in your neighborhood but GET REAL they are there. Not everywhere but some are there.

If you don't give her a chance how will you ever know, voting the same people in has done nothing for you so far!! Sometimes you have to take a leap of faith and it might be the best thing you have ever done for your family and community.
