Youre right about the shipping being high… I have a 24 x 36’ high tunnel from growers solution that is being built right now . I didn’t know that the v-trusses didn’t come with it so I ordered them after the rest of the high tunnel was already here … the trusses were $1000 and the shipping for them was $500. I am 2.5 hours north of Houston.. well I used to be before the traffic got so bad.. . An hour from college station … and an hour from Waco , through the country … i was wondering if the citrus trees would be ok in the high tunnel all year round… I think my shade cloth is a 40% black one. It got really hot here this year….im thinking keeping it cool in Texas is gonna be harder than keeping it warm

Good Morning. Quick Question. Do you prefer plastic covering or corrugated polycarbonate covering? I have been and continue to be greatly blessed by your videos. I share them quite often.
Thank you for sharing brother. Polycarbonate and greenhouse film are very different animals. Polycarbonate is more expensive but gives you some insulation factor and lasts way longer than film. Film is good and a lot cheaper. If I could afford the polycarb, I would get that.
We are in process of moving to a small homestead in zone 8 b in the Big Thicket of SouthEast Texas. We have a small pond and are planning & working on several homesteading projects including plans for a greenhouse or high tunnel.

What weed block do you recommend from their website? The crab grass is taking over and just can't keep up anymore!
I recommend a silage tarp (thick black plastic). Unfortunately that is one thing Growers Solution does not have. We bought this one...amzn.to/49g24fb from Amazon. It is 5ft x 100ft and 10mil thick from Farm Plastic Supply. We made a border around our greenhouse with it. We also have some bigger ones that are helping in other areas. The only way to destroy that grass without chemicals is to starve it of light.
We’re from Tennessee, so believe us we would love to support our own. Grower’s Solution is a garbage company that sponsors reputable channels to create their narrative. They cater to the few to dupe the many. We have no sponsor and promote no other product, so we just want folks who are going to spend serious money to be aware that this is not a company in which to invest your savings. Before I started working with the company, I purchased that greenhouse and other items. i have never had any issues with them in the slightest (by the way, I reached out to them first. They never contacted me!). My friend Pete at PeteBHomestead purchased his greenhouse before mine and never had one tiny issue. I heard about Growers Solution from him. I have several subs that I have met in person who have purchased greenhouses from them and have had zero issues.

Give context and specific issues you have had with them, their products, their services, or others have had with them.
I was wondering......i live in zone 8 .....east Texas. If I get a greenhouse.....can I still put my plants directly in the ground instead of using ground cover and planting in pots?
Yes, of course. The reason we did not was because of the gophers. They are bad at our place
