Great speedrun, making notes for my own. How many clears do you roughly need before you can use the katana in the hospital without it affecting your score?
how were you able to toggle the self view mode without having to go in the secret menu? I wanna try my shot on getting a 10 star run but being able to go in self view on the fly in small areas would be super convenient
I know that after 10 game clears, you can use your bonus weapons 50 times without penalty, but does having more game clears also make the other factors more forgiving as well? Because I've always heard that your 'no aiming shots' must be below 10% and yours is 16%, so I'm guessing that either a lot of game clears gives you more room for mistakes, or the info I heard was wrong. Great playthru, btw. I never knew you could just go straight for the 3 keys as soon as you leave the cafe at the beginning. That saves a whole heap of time.
I'm not sure about the 50+ game clears thing, but for the shooting style you get more "points" depending on your distance shots, more long range distance shots = you can afford more no aiming shots. With the rifle you really want to go for more long ranged shots and try to claw back any misses that happened with the handgun.

I missed a point blank shot on Twinfeeler with the shotgun because he went down much quicker than I expected, so my last shot was a waste, and it hurt my score. However, on my last playthru, I missed a shot on Floatstinger, but he was further away, so it didn't hurt my score as much.

Then, I hurried to the final boss and used your strategy to defeat him quickly, and thankfully, I still managed to beat him in time. Whew!! After 25 years, I finally got the green hyper blaster.

Yeah I honestly didn't even attempt 10 Stars back in the day, to me beating the game in 1:30 seemed impossible even without these requirements lol

If you pay attention you would see I use the Green Hyper Blaster, which kills it in one or two shots, so your retarded comment does not count.
