good afternoon !! What controls do you use on the refrigerator, so you don't step on things? And in the final part too, when picking up the spear, it gives you that push forward.. thank you very much !!

You need to not have a weapon equipped, then hold Aim as you interact with the fridge.
The slide you need to have an item that brings up the "Can't use this here" text, then press Action+Use at the same time as you pick them up.
