    Hi, I'm looking for a system to do live on youtube or facebook but using a wireless system. It is possible to do live without having a cable from the camera to the computer (?). But how is it done? For example, i have 3 cameras distributed in the theater and i want do a live on youtube or facebook without cables.

      I'd highly recommend that you run cable, it will save you a ton of headaches. There isn't a wireless system that I know of that I would recommend to be reliable and cost effective. Even just running an Ethernet cable and using ndi or rtsp is going to be an easier cable run and much more reliable.

    Are you aware that the second video in this playlist (the playlist directly from your channel) is a Model Train video? :D
    Thank you for making great content! I've learned SO much from you!

    would you recommend the ATEM TELEVISION STUDIO HD OR THE ROLAND V1-HD? DEBATING ON THEM.

    • @BallastMedia
      @BallastMedia  5 лет назад

      It would depend on the situation. The the V1HD is simpler, no computer needed for control and only has 4 HDMI inputs. The TVS has more inputs both hdmi and SDI, has an aux out. If I needed something as simple and volunteer friendly as possible I'd go with the V1HD, if I needed more features and capability, I'd go with the TVS.

    Does haze machine mess with my video quality, we are using canon vixia r800 im getting a lot of noise I might also need more stage lights but was wondering if haze makes a difference

    • @BallastMedia
      @BallastMedia  5 лет назад +1

      Noise would be lack of light. Haze would just reduce the amount of contrast in the image, raised blacks and murky whites.

      What’s the best setting you recommend on the vixia r800, it has a few presets for video not sure which one to use, thanks
