      I do . it adds alertness and a sense of accomplishment (for me is a positive because I rarely feel accomplished in anything I do). It feels great knowing what I do is satisfying.

    Thanks because this made me better understand a decent relationship with exercise, that I should wait until I have a more safe weight level, and then it should be because I enjoy it. Maybe a future video could be how to convince yourself to eat if don't feel in a happy mood about something?

    Hi Millie,
    I know you probably won’t see this but.
    I have been in recovery from anorexia for 2 months now, and your videos have helped me in so many ways! Your happiness and mindset make me want to recover rather than being forced into it. I am so grateful that you post your TikTok’s and RUclips videos! I really don’t know what I would do without the comfort of your videos! Xx

    Beautiful video. So helpful and true... Taking a very sensible approach to exercise and making peace with your body. No longer using exercise as a way to feel better about eating food.
    You are so good at yoga... Was beautiful to watch.... I find yoga so helpful for my mental health and also being grateful for my body and what it can do for me, making me feel strong and empowered ❤️
    Always find your vlogs so relaxing xxxx take care of yourself and keep recovering and discovering more about yourself. You're on a fabulous journey 😘💕

    Heeey Millie!!!
    I really felt inspired watching this video tbh. I can see why it can be triggering but honestly. It's something I'm really trying to get back to and that relationship has to change if I want to live, thrive and actually be able to exercise again. I do almost always feel triggered seeing others do it, like I've said many times in the past...if I want to exercise again just like they wanted to, I need to focus on my health no matter if I see triggering things like others exercising. I can feel envious, I can feel upset, sad, annoyed, bothered, discouraged, like giving up but that does not mean I have the excuse to do my negative behaviors.....it will just prolong the process...prolong the life I really want. You worked hard to be able to do the things I want to again like dance. So yea. Thank you for saying these things. Very relatable, inspiring, motivational, powerful, true and supportive.
    I'm very proud of you Millie.
    So, omg! I couldn't stop laughing when you had put that while cut carrot stick in your mouth hahahah that was hilarious, hope it wasn't too painful tehehe...plus all the meals you were having on here(I know it's not all of what you ate) were amazing, I'd definitely have what you ate..well, except the cottage cheese, oh gosh the texture.. no. Not hating though, maybe another thing but yea. I loved them all, inspo for sure. I also do like having loads of fruit with stuff and even alone. Thanx for showing a bit of what you like to munch on.
    Hope you have even better days now...no walkies,ore pinguin video laughs, more beautiful yummy meals, more swimming, exercise and trying new clothes. You are here for a purpose and I love you in this world. Love you loads💪👍🥊👏🕊️🆓🖤🐾🥣👌🧘🏋️

    • @kidthateveryonethinkshasso1872
      @kidthateveryonethinkshasso1872 3 года назад

      I couldn’t answer the question for her, but personally, I wear a garmin when I’m running to track how many miles I’ve ran. Are a garmin and a fitness watch different things?

    • @ashleenicholson5843
      @ashleenicholson5843 3 года назад +2

      @@kidthateveryonethinkshasso1872 no it’s just that sometimes fitness/sport watches can be unsafe when in recovery as it tracks calories burnt, heart rate etc which could lead to disordered thoughts and patterns

    • @kidthateveryonethinkshasso1872
      @kidthateveryonethinkshasso1872 3 года назад

      @@ashleenicholson5843 Oh, okay. This might sound weird, but I'm just wondering if I'm the only one; I didn't count calories when I was ill. I just made myself barely function on tiny portions of oatmeal and veggies and based my success on how many hours I spent with a growing stomach before I ate. I think that I'll be safe wearing a fitness watch, but I was wondering, do all anorexic count calories? I didn't, so I'm wondering if my diagnosis was wrong.

    • @jacqweeeee
      @jacqweeeee 3 года назад +2

      @@kidthateveryonethinkshasso1872 No, not all anorexics count calories. Eating disorders vary greatly and if your intentions are in the right place (you're not trying to lose weight through burning calories), a fitness watch is fine. But I know for a lot of people, including myself, we get obsessive about the numbers on our fitness tracker and let those numbers control us, it's no longer about having a good run or workout or eating what we like. So that's why I am confused when people with an ED past wear a fitness tracker because aren't we trying to get away from numbers, calories, tracking, etc.?
