That's actually most likely the case. There are filters that are making the OST unwatchable and they recognize this based on the music. Some people have gotten around this and distorted the first few seconds of each song, but Nintendo just uploaded music so the bot probably removed it.
This game doesn't have the a grand sweeping narrative like the previous title and that's okay. It tells a story that resonates with our humanity. All of the (18) recruitable characters have a story. Their hopes, dreams, ambitions and tragedies are laid out. They share the legacy of the Earth they left behind. They all lost family and friends but now everyone on Mira IS their family. There's also the job of trying to survive in a new hostile world, trying to befriend other alien races and even battling their own inner demons. The world building of the normal missions gives you great insight of everyone's struggle to get along and survive, even having their own small storylines. Rather than a story about specific characters, it's a story about everyone, a story about the struggle to survive, a story of human existence. It kind of gives me an Attack on Titan kind of vibe. A lot of people may say it has a weak story, but in saying that they completely miss the mark. The story just isn't given in a hand-holding fashion, it's a story that must be earned.
After 10 Hours of Playing i Love That Game so much. The Music paired with the setting is so good. I like the Story so far. But to be Perfect somerhing is missing. Maybe it the depht of the characters you had in the Original. I dunno
I just saw this on recommended and was hit with a bomb of emotions. 1. Glimmer of hope for a switch port, or even better a sequel 2. Nostalgia for my personal favorite game of all time
Things I like about this game: 1. The world- It's so massive and very pretty. Not only that, but it's brimming with life. If you watch you'll see the wildlife not only drinking from the lakes, but also hunting other creatures, and when the sun goes down, those who fall asleep lie down and curl up. It's a living, breathing world. 2. The combat- While I liked the combat of the first Xenoblade, I felt it was kind of slow paced. This combat however is fast and fun to use. Being able to switch between your swords, daggers, twin blades, etc. to your guns is really refreshing, and makes the combat more fun to launch in to. 3. The music, all of it- Yes, I even mean the vocal tracks. Cry all you want, but regardless of the cheesy goodness that are the vocal tracks, they still excite me for battle every time. The instrumental tracks are also pure ear candy, great to listen to as per the norm. 4. The armor, regardless of any edits they made to the Japanese versions, they still look awesome. And also, there's a bunny costume that counts as armor. 5. Tatsu- Yes, I like this little punk. Why? Because every other main character so far are your pretty standard nice guy, but Tatsu is a punk that knows his stuff. I also like the the quarrels he gets in with Lin from time to time. Things that I feel could be improved: 1. The menus- While I did get use to them after a while, they were still kind of annoying to navigate through. Mostly because there are so many. 2. Agro Tyrants- Now they don't have to get rid of these, but when in battle with something else, and Mr. Level 45 decides to spring up, or all over while I'm fighting to level up to level 19, I'd like it if they disregarded you until after the battle. I know some may say I'm a wimp, but it really grinds me gears when I come so far to find a certain enemy, and before I can beat it a Tyrant comes up and one hit kills me; causing me to respawn all the way back at the last area discovered.
***** I've only done it on this video and GameXplains video. Also, I usually go after enemies that are maybe a level or two higher than myself, so it takes a bit more time to take them down.
+AshXXMayftw For Point 1, I remember there was some Level...40? 70? Tyrant in the Beast's Lair that's only present in the morning, and gone at night. If you sit there and wait until morning, you can actually see it run in and sit down to watch over the cave. I thought that was really cool.
so beautiful. just listening to this track would get me hyped about this Xenoblade Chronicles X and I would recommend this to a friend Inna an instant.
the music made waiting for the game a little easier. now as it is out i can pretty much just drive around in my skell and listen to the awesome music and look at the nice scenery all day . best. soundtrack. ever.
+soccerzz5 In the video or the game? The text in video looks plenty big to me. Haven't had a chance to play the game yet so don't know how it compares if that's what you are talking about.
+- Kyuubito - NLA's music & some of the vocal work on other tracks are catered to a very specific taste. However, the overworld music is phenomenal with some songs that really compliment & enhance the atmosphere, so it's not all bad.
I need help please! Preferably kids please. I wanna surprise my nephews this year by either getting them a wii u to share, or giving each a new nintendo 3ds. What would you guys rather prefer?
They would probably have fun with a Wii U. I'm a teenager with both, but I think there would be more games that kids would really have fun with on Wii U. There's tons of stuff on it from Super Mario 3D World, to Splatoon, to Super Mario Maker, to the Lego games to Super Smash Bros. At the end of day, they'll probably be just as happy with either one, but I just don't think you could go wrong with Wii U. Happy holidays!
yeah they would have more fun with the wii u because they can play it lokal multiplayer. better you buy them a controller to with super mario 3d world or mario kart :). happy holidays
There is this one Tyrant that does this force lightning on me and BOOM all my party but me are below half health. He's a real son of a gun. But I'll get 'em. Yep, I'll get him.
I'm a level 14 and I ran into two level 34 enemies, so I ran away from them and jumped into to a large pool.......only to be attacked by a level 60 boss. My team and I died instantly.
I have a idea, Nintendo, i need to say thanks at my friend, so thats the idea: I think you can make MarioKart Paper. Thats a good idea, i think. You, Nintendo, can choose if make it or not. I hope you liked this! ^^
The music, overall, is nice. I especially like Sylvalum's. But it doesn't hold a candle to Chronicles. The music that played at night in Satorl Marsh is one of my favorite songs. Sometimes I would just stand still and listen.
+Mr. Horseshoe XCX did a lot of things outside of the JRPG norm, they're experimenting and some of these things might throw people off but that's the point of experimentation, to see what can be added to the genre. Taking risks is how things actually make some progress.
+Lucas But isn't that the way of doing things at nintendo they all ways take Risks. but because of that we now have games like smash or splatoon. thats what i like about nintendo they come with unike games.
IGN should've factored in that the New L.A. music isn't the only music in the game. The wilderness has borderline PERFECT music.
+SilverSparx I think anyone who has a problem with the soundtrack only do so because of the rap/rock songs and not the wilderness music.
YEAH
UGH
UGH
UGH
UGH
+William Huntington YEAH
+SilverSparx IGN's opinion is irrelevant to the quality of this game..
William Huntington actually I'm just thinking of x7 now
Hiroyuki Sawano, bless his soul.
It'll be funny if Nintendo re uploaded it because of a copyright strike :v
kek that's Nintendo's copyright system for ya
That's actually most likely the case. There are filters that are making the OST unwatchable and they recognize this based on the music. Some people have gotten around this and distorted the first few seconds of each song, but Nintendo just uploaded music so the bot probably removed it.
+Poncho Hernández i think it was because part 2 was uploaded first
Dammit not AGAIN, Daddy Derrek!!
+HypersonicSmash
Google, not Nintendo. This is not Nintendo owned site, so they haven't made the tools...
Bestest wii u game ever
Bestest?
+SonicMan X its so great he had to make up a new word to describe it
+Adam Nazar Wow, it must be good
+SonicMan X it's german and means best
(Raises hand) I understood that nopon reference.
Because here at Nintendo, we believe in our games and their music so much that we want you to watch these videos twice.
And then go buy the game.

+123Atheist That being said, if the next game has a stronger emphasis on the main story, with the same quality of side content, it would be perfect.
I agree completely.
After 10 Hours of Playing i Love That Game so much. The Music paired with the setting is so good. I like the Story so far. But to be Perfect somerhing is missing. Maybe it the depht of the characters you had in the Original. I dunno
Tr3Nom Characters have more depth if you do the affinity missions. If you skip them the characters will remain shallow.
If they made a story focused sequel that connected all the questions unanswered in X it would be my most anticipated game ever
I gotta admit, this music is pretty good and rather soothing~
I just saw this on recommended and was hit with a bomb of emotions.

+AshXXMayftw I love Agro Tyrants. You here Uncontrollable kick in, and you know it's time for an exciting chase for your life.
*****
I've only done it on this video and GameXplains video. Also, I usually go after enemies that are maybe a level or two higher than myself, so it takes a bit more time to take them down.
I love the aggressive enemies. it feels like a real Adventure to watch out for enemies that are too strong for u and find a way around them.
+Ma “Maraffi” Ra Such as swimming across the Primordian Ocean to get to Sylvalum!
+AshXXMayftw For Point 1, I remember there was some Level...40? 70? Tyrant in the Beast's Lair that's only present in the morning, and gone at night. If you sit there and wait until morning, you can actually see it run in and sit down to watch over the cave. I thought that was really cool.
This song proves that video games are art. I just revisted and it's as magical as I remember.
Totally gorgeous, love the way the synth notes bounce in and out of the mix.
The title is a bit misleading. Should say "Soundtrack"
+Gamefreak924 It's a video of moving pictures, and there's music in it... boom music video.
I'm a genius.
SMegasM No.
+Gamefreak924 he was joking
+Gamefreak924
Should say 'slideshow'
This music sounds a bit sad at the start but it really does build up and I love it.
I got this game a couple months ago (PURELY BECAUSE OF THE COMPOSER) and its the best purchase i have ever made
so beautiful. just listening to this track would get me hyped about this Xenoblade Chronicles X and I would recommend this to a friend Inna an instant.
Umm wasn't this uploaded already?
Ya it was
+melissa hanks why?
+MasterJMS yes but they uploaded first the part 2 and they deleted and reupload
Thank you for uploading this again, Nintendo! I really like the music of Xenoblade Chronicles X!
Xenoblade X 2... please?
Se les recuerda que en Latinoamerica necesitamos subtitulos en español por ¡oh sorpresa Nintendo! mas del 80% del continente es hispano hablante.
My favorite composer!!!
the music made waiting for the game a little easier. now as it is out i can pretty much just drive around in my skell and listen to the awesome music and look at the nice scenery all day . best. soundtrack. ever.
This basically confirms a new DLC for the Xenoblade and it's going to be Music videos......
nintendo just got copyrighted by sony. the irony is real!
+Deus Blade no quite, by NOA reggie just cares about censoring our games and selling exclusive amiibos,
+LINEAGEIII Censoring a 13 year old in revealing outfits.
This is such amazing soundtrack
The FONT is so SMALL, please fix it.
+soccerzz5 In the video or the game? The text in video looks plenty big to me. Haven't had a chance to play the game yet so don't know how it compares if that's what you are talking about.
ya its definitely the in game text in particular the quest's text
What, you have eyes of a Colossal squid or something?
+Kratos Aurion Plays in is on tv, I have a 26" and text are too SMALL
+X Lᴇɢᴇɴᴅ I can barely read it on the gamepad...
They want the HYPE TRAIN TO CONTINUE
I love this. Hoping for continuation, 🙏🏽😊!
0:45 kinda reminded me of Attack On Titan
+Antwuan Jones Same composer bro. Hiroyuki Sawano.
Arcadian Legend ahhh I see

(02:43) too much feelings... no pun intended
2:07 the Flag plus giant United States written combined with the music change a few second later screams "Manifest Destiny"
Oooooooooh that French Horn part was *gorgeous!*
Dammit Nintendo! I thought this was going to be, you know, a music video!
It should be a part of the national curriculum that students are required to play this game, 🧐
I don't get it. What on earth are the arguments people are using to say the music in this game is bad??
+- Kyuubito - NLA's music & some of the vocal work on other tracks are catered to a very specific taste. However, the overworld music is phenomenal with some songs that really compliment & enhance the atmosphere, so it's not all bad.
I hate NLA music... Seriously
still waiting for a faces of evil remake
I thought about selling it, but when I saw Xenoblade Chronicles X and FAST Racing NEO, I keep the WiiU.
I need help please! Preferably kids please. I wanna surprise my nephews this year by either getting them a wii u to share, or giving each a new nintendo 3ds. What would you guys rather prefer?

No
Where's the last survival guide, Nintendo? I'm dying here.
+mschulze0 Right about... NOW!
The music in the cutscenes drowns out the dialogue, we need an option to adjust dialogue music volume. It strains my ears and breaks emersion.
YEAH
UH UH UH UH
Reuploaded the same video again? What's up with that.
The music, overall, is nice. I especially like Sylvalum's. But it doesn't hold a candle to Chronicles. The music that played at night in Satorl Marsh is one of my favorite songs. Sometimes I would just stand still and listen.
I stand still to listen to Sylvalum Night's music though. I think both games have amazing music
The music is great and all but isn't this more of a music slideshow? :P
What's the name of this track?
