Again, first step, call a lawyer.

Whenever anyone is targeted by one of these Home Owner Associations, there are several steps a person should take.
Step one, the person should _"ALWAYS"_ contact a lawyer and anyone else who is relavant to the matter.
Step two, they should _"ALWAYS"_ set up a high quality security system around their property completely covering every single square inch setting at different intervals from their property line all the way back to the house and any other building on the property.
Step three, keep a well detailed logbook making meticulous notes about every single interaction that has taken place between them and all of the people who are connected to the H.O.A., as well as their actions and reactions that has transpired from all of the interactions.
Step four, if possible, hire a security guard company and a private investigator.

This is what Lawyers and Emergency Injunctions are for. You can get an emergency injunction filed and in place within 24 hours to prevent situations like this. They work.

Good fences make good neighbors, do a survey and build a high privacy fence and the HOA can go fish ( somewhere else)!

Hasn’t he heard of stand your ground to protect your private property. Arm up. Fence it off. Get a damn lawyer up. What’s stopping him from removing the docks? They already caused an environmental hazard with the chemicals.

Call the sheriff make sure that he knows that his pond is private and not subject to HOA access or use, make arrangements for him to have an officer on site to put a quick end to their little " event" and make sure that all concerned are informed that his property is not, a " new community resource".

Lucas is as big a fool as the writer of this drivel.

Amen to that! Although in a way some of these are entertaining, The 'drivel' is very clearly the same story every time, just different people, different places.
IF these were real stories, a judge would immediately shut down any HOA idiots for trespassing; it's a serious crime. And even though these are all fiction, there are some HOA's which overstep. I'd never want to live somewhere controlled by an HOA and I don't see the point of them anyway.

  • @ernestclements7398
    @ernestclements7398 12 дней назад

No it's not a " civil matter" there's trespassing, false taking of property, illegal treatment of private waters,( a felony crime in most states as any treatment of public or private waters requires a permit from the States Department of Natural Resources or the state office of environmental affairs or if federally managed waters are involved that would be impacted by the chemicals involved the Federal EPA and the Army Corps Of Enigineers, plus the fact that in most states any "Fishing Tournaments" of any type, whether they are held on public water or private have to have a permit issued by the States fish and wildlife agency or the Federal fish and wildlife service, without said permits the " tournament" is patently illegal!

    1. It appears the main character is apart of the HOA never once does he deny being apart of it
    2. If hes not apart of the HOA Why does all HOA stories involve taking over some NonHOA Members land, company or farm?
Over all i am going to say every post is the same HOA gets greedy, sees something they legaly dont own and try to force take it and the own wins at the end. Bam all HOA stories by all creaters

Jesus Lucas, you are a major IDtenT
The first thing you should have done is gone legal and set a cease and desist in place.
Why the hell are you going to ecologists and IT specialists?
Get the law involved, and protect your asset!!
