Love it! We did the same thing to the US at the Sydney Olympics in the 4x 100 Freestlye relay. The USA had never been beaten in the event and we smashed them on home soil infront of 22 million Aussies watching and cheering in a new world record! Nothing feels better! Well done Canada!

It also is a big boost to American hockey that they have top flight goaltending while Canada's is questionable... the fact that Luongo was in net for the gold medal game and let in a softie to Kesler (who is awesome btw) and then couldn't cover up in a scramble at the end - I think Team Canada deserves props for overcoming the problems in goal.
