- Yeah Wonfes this year was kinda nutty. Certainly this has to be the most amount of figures I've ever tried to talk about at once, so enjoy the fumbling and bumbling as we disuss tons of new anime figures from Ques Q, eStream, Spiritale, Prime 1 Studios, Phat Company, Aniplex, and plenty others.

I get the frustration and fatigue with all the Bridget announcements and so few other GG reveals, aside from a May recolor but I can't really complain about Spiritale tapping into an XX version. There's only ever been one official scale from that game from Max Factory and while she has held her value, she hasn't aged well and I, for one, welcome an update on the classic Brisket. If I had a couple G's to blow, I'd certainly spring for and commission Grizzry Panda's kit but this is a WIN/WIN for me. I already have Strive's Bridget from Spiritale on pre-order and will happily add XX's version as well.
I can't wait to see Marin cosplaying Liz painted, definitely on my wishlist. Hoping she won't cost too much 😭

I would guess like 22k personally. Her figure isn't too complex and their Bridget figure was like 24k or close to it

i gasped when i saw those nekopara figures, as an old nekopara enjoyer and cosplayer, I love seeing new outfits and those outfiiiits and the colors and the pose and vibe are so freaking adorable i am definitely getting them! Thank you so much for doing these videos I would never know if their existence otherwise ♥

That Shadows House figure/statue will be mine. The video footage that amiami showed of them on instagram looks even better (you can see the checkered floor continuing on the underside the whole staircase). I will have so cut back on basically EVERYTHING for it, but I don't even mind. I hope it doesn't bend or break over time, because so will my heart if it happens!
The older I get the more I realize that even if a specific figure you want is really expensive, if it means alot to you then you should probably pull the trigger, even if you have to cut back elsewhere

Ngl when you said you should buy your mom the mushroom girl figure i felt attacked lol, I love that set, got the first one and second one pre-ordered, but I guess your mom has pretty good taste lol. Those berserk prime 1 studio statues are amazing. I'll for sure preorder the remilia figure, been in love with her gk for some time now and that announcement caught me off guard. Anyways great video as always!
lol I didn't mean anything by it. She used to collect precious moments and barbies and these mushroom girls just feel like a type of figure she would enjoy

Beyond 2huvania and referring to the illustration, that Flan is a really great capture of that insane fanon look she's often portrayed with, honestly did not like the paint job at first but what made it grow on me was the gradients on the ripped clothes and the base, kinda breaks up 2huvania Flan's flat red dress and gives a good silhouette. I am beyond impressed w/ most of the Scarlet Symphony figures we've got so far as they're all very stylistically accurate. Lately Touhou is getting a lot of good releases!!
Touhou thriving lately. I just need a little bit more love to be shown to other characters
@@ZuccoFigures Yeah tbh the main guys who did unpopular // non eosd characters were griffon, Ques Q doesn't typically step outside of the lines. Gift has done stuff like WBAWC but I don't see most of them getting figures. In short, definitely unfortunate but not too unexpected
Those Berserk statues will be under $1,000, can’t see them going over that, they’re amazing, I’m getting both of them plus the new Slan.

I’ve just bought the first season of Overlord on bluray because of that character, she looks so nice and that figure of her is amazing.
Oh no, look at that Rias at 37:07 !! I’ve ordered the white bikini Rias from Kadokawa, I was supposed to get it last month but it just got pushed to this month. But that one looks like it’s going to be nicer I think.
OMG I love super bunny girl so much. I think what she's wearing on her arms are hoodie arm warmers. Thank god, they are sculpting the bike for Lily figure because it would have been an easy pass if it wasn't included. I also saw Leopard Cat Maria by MAGI ARTS figure and I want it so bad.

You are right she is based of insects because she is one. Her face is just a mask that covers over her real insect face. She also has abilities like summoning insects in battle.
Prime 1 Studio for Guts and Griffit (Berserk) look absolutely amazing.
The Wing (Bombergirl) figure for Grim Aloe still looks good in my opinion. I want to set her up next to the Aqua figure coming out in December by Amakuni. Unless I change my mind because I didn't expect two more belly dancer themes in the same line and it would be expensive to grab all three.
I hope the belly dancers come out good but I might just stick with the cheerleader line since it's the same characters and I already have grim
So many good figures announced or prototyped this Wonfest. I actually like the Ribose Ilulu painted, I don't really see anything off about her face. Though kinda scary that there are so many companies making her now, because I'm trying to only pick one of any given character. Oh and that Nurse Murasaki from the end is new. I've been watching her since she was announced. That is literally Murasaki's first scale figure. If you check her on MFC, she has no other scale figures. I'm honestly watching too many figures now, kinda scary depending on timing. The only solace is that these generally take years to actually release.
It's also funny we recently discussed why there aren't more Touhou figures and this time we get those crazy impressive Flandre and Remilia's. A lot of Touhou 6, but it is the one that made Touhou well known, so it makes sense.
That St. Louis one looks like it'll be good, and I have my eye on a Yat-Sen that may go into a winter themed Azur Lane shelf with Ying Swei. Wakamo and that Ying Mo one also catch my eye.
Thanks for the gargantuan undertaking Zucco! I like these long types of videos and your takes on the figures. Very chill stuff to watch while drawing! Also gotta say that I still think Spiritale is the best at balancing Sculpt/ Color/ Base and making it all work, I like translucent parts though, so may just have a bias. Will you be doing a video for AmiAmi Hobby Camp as well?
Too be honest I'm pretty sure there's alot of hobby camp mixed into this video. It's hard to say for sure what figures were where, but I feel like I covered a majority. I know I missed some though, bit there's another event at the end of the month so I'm not sweating it

Those DxD 15th anniversary figures have my eye! I wasn't even aware of them before this coverage. DxD was one of the first anime series I ever got into as a kid, so I feel like I need Rias and Akeno in my collection. Thank frick I won't have to give an arm and a leg for any aftermarket scales.
I have to imagine the newer figures will be higher quality compared to the old ones too. Kadokawa has been showing a lot of interest in DxD lately

Are you aware that Spiritale is under Taito? Taito figures are known for the translucent hair so I think it's just a marker of the brand. I think the hair on the spiritale figures is obviously nicer than the prize figures though.

I honest to god will preorder this day one if just to send the message to ques q that they need to uncancel hanekawa's ueda hajime ver figure from way back in the day. the senjyou and mayoi versions are some of my favorite figures and I literally truly cried when they cancelled hanekawa. bring her back!!!!!!!!!!
Oh that’s a nice Suzu at 1:18:59 I’ve ordered the Union Creative figure of her, I think it’s nicer than this, although I do like the face sculpt of this one a lot.
I am glad not many tugged at my heartstring, despite this event featuring a ton of high-quality figures. Again, maybe I am just out of touch with the market.
Is it just me or is Ques Q going insane? I know not all figures showcased here are new, but I am still astounded by the sheer number of figures in their lineup. I hope they have enough production lines to sustain their volume without sacrificing quality.
I wish there was an update to that scale of Noel from Hololive. But hey, she is being made by Phat Company. What can we expect but delays? I just hope they don't mess her up because her prototype looks amazing.
I am amazed by what Apex has in store. Thankfully, I am not familiar with the majority of the source materials, so my wallet-kun is safe.

At the end of the day I would probably only pick up like..5 figures from the event. Tons of exciting announcements but gotta keep it realistic
my man kadokawa(kdcolle) makes the same characters bcos they are kadokawa chars 🤣. Also I think ur the only guy on youtube that ive seen that says hatsuaki (42:00) correctly. Every1 says shoshuu instead.
lol good point, but surely characters like Ronin aren't owned by Kadokawa so they do it sometimes at least
I remembered commenting in a previous vid covering the LeMoe Tora figure that I would love to get her despite her strange hair colour choice but man she came out looking rough… She looks way too high contrast for some reason. Hopefully they’ll fix her paintjob for release.
That Design Coco Thunderbolt Miku on the other hand though, if her paintwork came out stellar, she is automatically going into my holy grails list. I just hope she doesn’t come in broken bits and pieces cause her hair looks very fragile

I collect Valkyria figures, but not sure I need ANOTHER Selvaria. I'm thinking about selling off a large portion of my collection and devoting my collection to all these new Nikke figures. And Clotho is a must-buy. Goated design from Destiny Child.
Gonna be a big collection if you go down the Nikke rabbit hole, but likely a high quality one
You know. Maybe its just me, but I feel like I'm burnt out on seeing the same three or four series/characters getting figures?
Like Azur Lane, Girls frontline, Blue Archive and then probably a MIku or Albedo somewhere. This does not come from dislike or anything like that. I just wish other characters/series got figures that tend to not get things.
I was very hyped about the new Yakuza figures that finally got prototypes and a few of them were painted. I also am in agreement with you about that Artorias. He looks really good, but I would probably be wise to PO when he goes up because looking at the aftermarket of other Gecco figures makes me want to commit Seppuku.
Fully agree. Especially because some of those series are soo similar in concept as well, like nikke and girls frontline. Feels like it’s all blending together
It's all safe bets in this industry unfortunately. I think the recycling of rem and albedo bothers me more then the gacha girls but I suppose when I do find something I actually want in-between the stuff I don't it's more exciting lol. Also I need to look into Yakuza figures, would love to get one or two

Like, I love anime, but I haven't had much time to sit down and watch too many outside of Chainsaw Man that I can think of recently. I think I'm also not really the target audience.

They’re amazing, I’m definitely getting them, plus the new Slan they’re bringing out. I already have their Skull Knight, Griffith & Schierke. Prime1 are absolutely amazing, definitely the best statue company.

Usually when it comes to videos like these where I'm covering an event, the figures aren't up for preorder yet. Best to follow your favorite figures on websites like myfigurecollection so that you can easily track them
Why do you avoid nsfw figures? If you censor them, would they still be shadowed by YT?
Hard to say since RUclips can just decide to get mad at me for any of this stuff I feel. I just don't really have much commentary to say about most of them that wouldn't just be me pointing out how attractive the characters are and I feel a little awkward about it I guess. It's on my mind to cover +18 figures at some point though
I'm so surprised Tower Of Fantasy got a figure! I love Nemesis, but I'm surprised she's getting a figure since I never hear anyone talk about the game! And she looks stunning!

@@ZuccoFigures It's a scifi genshin clone, it's not super great but I prefer it to genshin, mostly cause my controller works with it. You're not super out of touch for not knowing about it, it's not really well known from what I've seen.

Well most of these figures aren't up for preorder yet, but the easiest answer would be to just use amiami.com to purchase them. I would also recommend using myfigurecollection.net as it's a huge database for figures. You can make an account there and add figures you want to your wishlist.

I didnt even know that about the denji figure. 100% his face doesnt matter and pochita face is different as well. I was 100% gonna get it but I might skip on it now
I just saw it went up for preorder for about 20-22k yen which is pretty insane considering the figure is a bit disappointing
@ZuccoFigures yeahh while I was reading the manga I would always remember seeing that photo come up and thi king it was a dope, so seeing an actual figure in real life was 🤯 but than you brought up the differences and opened my eyes. I still really like it but I'll wait to see if it bargain bins now tbh. Lol
im so torn on if i should get the figure of Shizuka Mikazuki from zom100, the figure looks so nice, i just hope that if i get her that the rest of the crew will follow, felled in love with the anime and had to read the manga after lol

I usually only buy figures for characters I know, there’s just too many figures for characters I like to buy ones for characters I don’t know. Although I did just order a figure for a character I didn’t know, it’s the new Union Creative Nemesis from To Love Ru, I instantly fell in love with the figure and immediately ordered it. Then I had to go buy the manga to find out who this character is haha.
Help thier was a vid Zucco made that I can’t find where he mentioned a figure he might get because how easy the thumbnail/video would be easy

Izumimoto Eimi is dressed like that because she has a naturally high body temperature and is always hot as a result. Not helped by the fact she is usually around Himari who is physically weak and gets cold really quickly.

The diversity is weakening overall, but Azur lane figures are still the best imo.
No little girls, not super-powerteenboy figures and no overcomplicated bases. Perfect to pair with others.

1:22:06 Tatsumaki doesn’t look right at all, she’s far too big, she’s the same size as Fubuki, what the hell? She’s much smaller, Tatsumaki is a loli character, this is terrible.
I dunno if I'd call her Loli, moreso petite ,and she's floating so naturally she looks taller than she actually is. She does look slightly off still though
@@ZuccoFigures You wouldn’t call Tatsumaki a loli? She’s 100% a loli, when Saitama first met her he said “Who’s this sharp tongued lost child?” She’s absolutely tiny in the manga, and that’s all a loli is, just a petite body.
And even floating their heads are level and her feet are only slightly higher, she should be much smaller than Fubuki, this is not an accurate representation of Tatsumaki.
