Doesn't mean its overloaded or oversold as we do not oversell, but rather just at capacity - the way a VPS node should be. Now that the node is at capacity you should not expect for results to go any lower than the range of mid 400's to mid 500's - which again I can confirm is normal and expected for a Intel E5 based VPS node that is at capacity (again - not oversold/overloaded - but just at capacity)"

Hey Alex, it looks like Vultr HF is still one of the quickest, though Racknerd is way cheaper.

Most VPS providers support creating your VM with custom disk images. So you can probably just make a disk image on your old VPS, download it, then upload it to the new VPS. However I've never done it before.
