Nice video thanks! I currently use Hestia in one of my active projects and I find it great! Never had problems with it. But I think that some features are missing and the UI should be better developed. I'd like to try CloudPanel that seems better and with more useful features out of the box like Redis, NodeJS and Varnish, but I'm afraid to use it in active project because I dont' want to have downtime, crash or problems, so what do you think about using it in real project? Is it secure and stable like Hestia?
Thanx for the great content. Just one question. How much traffic, or unique visitors can Oracle free tier realistically handle? With cloudflare. Just a rough estimate would really help allot. Thanx for all the great content!
Should be ok to 100k/month easy - just serving websites? I would only worry if you are constantly using a lot of cpu or ram, but if you’re getting a lot of traffic you should be able to afford paid hosting at that point anyway
Thanks for the video Alex. I also like the hestiaCP solution. QUESTION: on my last login to admin I got a Cloudflare Pop-up about the Security Certificate (which was set to the 15-year one previously)but I had to log into Cloudflare to tune down the strict SSL to be able to log into hestiaCP admin. Any ideas as to what's causing this?
Which one is faster for woocommerce web sites? Webinoly vs CloudPanel? I don't need any mail server, dns server or graphical interface. I just need performance. Thanks.
hi alex @ @IdeaSpot, thanks for doing the research, quick question - do you know of any solutions to turn your own web panel or server INTO an smtp relay? Is that possible? If port 25 is blocked, but 587 is open - is there a web panel that can turn your panel into a SMTP relay rather than using mailchimp, sendinblue, etc...
Can not signup on Oracel Cloud. When I enter payment details they charge me $1 and then return my payment back to my account in less than one minute. When I click on sign up button they say transaction failed. I can not sign up anymore. I tried multiple debit cards.
Yeah happened to me, money is deducted from the credit card but then payment verification failed. I am actually giving up on signing up for OCI now, been trying for 5 days. So many errors, sometimes verification code doesn't work, etc.
Do these panels keep all the apps installed through them updated? Or does it depend on os updates like apt update, etc. I couldn't figure out if the apps were being updated.
I know this will be the most irrelevant question to this video. But I can't stop asking you as I haven't found any relevant link or video in my search. Can you tell me what the mouse pointer app you used while explaining in your videos was? If it is a customized one, can you please share the tutorial with me?
Hestia is best. But i have one question when I tried with cloudflair CF said mx record for mail is not good to have their ? Can anyone say is it ok or not ? And after add CF I have added that mail id to gmail client stopped working.. If anyone can help
it's ok, but it does expose your server IP, which is needed for email but not for a webserver. This is another point why its best to keep your email on a separate server
create a new user in your ubuntu. then add it to sudo group. then install xrdp. and then login in your instance with rdp by using username and password.
Vultr & DigitalOcean both have Overage Charge for Bandwidth, you should mention that in Your Videos 😓, both have lots of Negative Reviews on TrustPilot regarding over charge. $6 or $7 plans are just to attract people, but you have to pay a lot.
not really sure what would cause an excess of 1TB, my tutorials are just wordpress sites... if a WP site really had this much traffic it should be making a lot more than $6 😅
I am Chinese and aapanel officially admitted in 2022 that it was forced by the Chinese government to upload user data in the middle of the night, so some Chinese webmasters don't use aapanel
Your video wasn't good. You don't give competitive comparison. Everything sounded so diplomatic and like a speech from a parliament. You should have compared each of these panels with different setups, HTTP requests, caching, load and then the compared how each of these handle. The advise you gave on the video was too generic and probably watching a video for it wasn't worth it. I spent extra few minutes to write this comment maybe you take feedback and if google suggest me your video next time, I may not feel the same again. Thanks. Good day
After a lot of testing of CPs I've finally found Hestia and it meets my whole requirements. I've tried control panel, cloud panel, ajenti, plesk, directadmin, icpconfig, vesta, virtualmin, portainer (docker way), rancher but i feel the most comfortable using Hestia. Other panels was too redundant or too poor in manually config. Hestia gives you configured nginx reverse proxy, simple backup management, simple virtual host management and possibility to set what you actually need. I am very much against hosting emails on my own server because email services are complex and should be handled by an external infrastructure. Ive seen a lot of quite nice configs totally eaten by email handling. Hestia allows me to totally disable email hosting on installation. Hestia allows me to easily decide what we use and what we don't. I've just run like infrastructure for 10 websites + personal nextcloud and it is fairly using like 800mb ram / 32 GB. Im so sarisfied
Thank you for this valuable comparison !

@IdeaSpot thanks for great review. could u also compare in terms of security issues? Are they how secure are they?
I liked Aapanel, am using it on the oracle

Nice work,
can you please also make a video on panels that supports ipv6 address for websites/Domains
hi, Alex. may i ask which one is quite less resource consumption when in a same hardware?
1. Webinoly if had technician command line knowledge
2. CloudPanel if want simplicity

Hi Alex, what about FastPanel? Did you try to install on Oracle server? Thanks!
cloudpanel and hestiacp 🔥👌
Have you reviewed varnish cache proxy on cloudpanel
Which one is faster for woocommerce web sites? Webinoly vs CloudPanel?
I don't need any mail server, dns server or graphical interface. I just need performance. Thanks.

Hi, very good video
Hestia cp is only PHP?
CP have nodejs
Was that his advantage?
What about cyberpanel? Why didn't you put it in
Cloudpanel🤩😍😍
aapanel have some limitations, if you want more must pay aapanel pro, aapanel mail server have still have issues !
Hestia is BEST of all, There is a big difference b/w CloudPanal and Hestia, hestia provides Fast NGINX Caching + Mail features.
Hello,
Is CP still like this?
Not using fast NGINX?
currently say
5:18, as someone with literally 0 experience creating a home server Hestia CP was INSANELY easy to use and setup by guides.
Great feedback 👍

Great content! Love it
What about KeyHelp? Is it good panel compared to these 2 preferred? can it be installed in oracle ARM64?
you can try easypanel basis docker
try also Webmin , usermin , Virtualmin ... supports many Linux OS , i dont know about ARM64 .
It supports Ubuntu 20.4 arm64
can i complile webinoly with custom nginx modules?
Can you make a videon on setting up wordpress on AWS ec2 like you did on oraclecloud
I need help with installing WHCMS on Oracle free tier with Hestia Panel because i am facing issues with installing ioncube on php, thank you so much
not able to send mail through hestia panel mail setup. Incoming mail is working but outgoing is not working.
Should use a relay. Port 25 is closed on oci
What about the Cyber Panel?
Cyberpanel needs x86/x64 cpu, so won't work with the ARM64 we talk about in this video

sadly webinoly docs went hidden it seems ... looking for alternatives now
I know right! Wanted to check some documentation and poof, it's gone!
yeah so hestia seems the tools now if you are aware of anything better nowadays??
why not ISPConfig?

How to install ioncube loader on hestia arm64
Hi bro I want to know how to create a Ubuntu with password login in oracle. I don't want ssh login I need password login. Can you pl help
create a new user in your ubuntu. then add it to sudo group. then install xrdp. and then login in your instance with rdp by using username and password.
Become root with sudo -i
Then type passwd ubuntu
Enter and confirm your password. That is it.
Please can you show my how to add multiple websites in hestia cp, thanks
Go to web section of Hestiacp and there you can add as many as you want websites. It is simple.
1 x vote for CloudFlare demo setup through CloudPanel
for sure 👍
+1

@@IdeaSpot and Sir they all bill with $10 $20 $30 $50
Since they charge hourly and you want to test the servers - say the bill is 10.95 then your refill amount would be $20
mine is just $6 plus $1 on snapshot storage 🤔 have used it more than 2 years now
@@IdeaSpot Sir can you please 🥺 review on Interserver + DirectAdmin
Speed + Security
Those processors are always unavailable. Best i could do is always 1cpu and 6gb ram.
Cyberpanel or cloudpanel ? 😄😄
Can you try CyberPanel please
It doesn’t work on ARM64 sorry, but I do like it for other VPS, just not oracle free tier ARM
Definitely HestiaCP above all. --If its ARM64.
don't forget mention you also get free smtp from oracle
Just aaPanel, real best :)
