How to make CHEESE CUPCAKES | Cheesy Condensed Milk Cupcakes

Easy To Make Classic CHEESE CUPCAKES.
INGREDIENTS:
1 3/4 cups (220g) all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter (softened)
1 /2 cup (100g) white sugar
2 eggs
1 can (300ml) condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cheddar cheese (topping)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line muffin pan with 3oz cupcake liners.
2. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, using an electric mixer beat butter, sugar and eggs until combined.
4. Add condensed milk and vanilla extract, beat until blended.
5. Add the dry ingredients. Beat until no flour is visible.
6. Add cheese and stir to combine.
7. Scoop into muffin pan. Top with more grated cheese.
8. Bake for 20-25 mins.
Yield: 1 dozen
