Discussion: Should blacks worship a white god?

Members of C.R.A.I.D.-- the Committee for the Removal of All Images Portraying the Divine-- discuss whether American blacks should be worshiping images of a white Jesus, and whether God should ever be portrayed through visual depictions. C.R.A.I.D. was an initiative of the Community of Imam W.D. Mohammed, known back in the 70s and 80s as The World Community of al-Islam in the West and later as the American Muslim Mission. This community was the most direct descendant of the original Nation of Islam which gravitated towards mainstream (Sunni) Islam after 1975.
